05/02/2026: A stopover place with home-style cuisine. Appetizers include the usual cold cuts (salami, ham, etc.) and crostini. Hearty first courses with slightly heavy but wholesome toppings...for those with a more delicate stomach :-) €22 with an appetizer, first course, water, 1/2 liter of wine, and coffee. There's not much else to choose from in the area!

21/08/2025: I can absolutely recommend this cafe. The sweets are delicious... but it's not without its risks... you can easily gain weight... The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly... the service was always very warm and welcoming... So, a must-visit when you're in this small town.

20/01/2026: We ate at this place about two years ago. The food and atmosphere are very good. The service is also very fast and the price is fair. Even though Pienza is small, it's easily accessible because it's located at the entrance/exit of the historical part of town. We would definitely go back.

03/10/2025: It's open for lunch, which is a win. The food was good, but not the best I've had in Italy. The service was good, but they didn't tell me what was on offer that day. The daily menu looked better than the menu. And they forgot to bring me the dessert menu. The best service in Italian restaurants was from foreigners in search of a better life.

21/10/2025: Food and service were outstanding. Not to mention the stunning view. My husband and I went there for a coffee at first and the staff was so lovely we decided to go back for brunch. After that we went back for dinner. We just couldn't get enough of this place. We had a 3 weeks vacation driving around Italy and our experience at Terraza was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The dinner we had was comparable to a Michelin star restaurant. Andrea and Nico were lovely and offered impeccable service. Looking forward to my next Lake Como trip.

21/10/2025: You can enjoy a great breakfast here at reasonable prices. There's indoor and outdoor seating. But most importantly, dogs are welcome.

21/10/2025: We have been in the cafe and spent some money there, and wanted to walk around a bit before we leave. They asked us to move the car from their customers parking to a paid one, even though their parking was totally empty. Petty and inhospitable

23/01/2026: We ate here last night. The atmosphere was very subdued, with soft lighting and pleasant background music. We had the artichoke flan, the pici cacio e pepe, the cheek with mashed potatoes, and two different desserts...all delicious! I didn't use a knife to eat the cheek... The prices were more than reasonable. All "topped off" by a very kind owner who had already brought water for our dog in no time... Highly recommended!!!!

22/01/2026: Good food, cozy atmosphere in a busy street. Limited vegetarian options, but they were all tasty. We had the artichoke flan as appetizer, then local Senese soup, and finally the ravioli. These were the only veg dishes on their menu. All delicious. Topped it off with panacotta and the chocolate cake, both excellent.

08/03/2026: Beautiful place, very kind staff, the girl with the curly hair is a real beauty, without taking anything away from the other. We met the owner, who was very honest and friendly, excellent value for money. ♥️

24/02/2026: I booked this restaurant. From the photos, everything looked good, but instead, we had a terrible experience. The food was mediocre, tasteless, and lacking in salt. I'll definitely never return.

21/02/2026: During the booking and information request process, I encountered a lot of arrogance and rudeness. If I had half a mind to rely on them, they definitely changed my mind.

09/12/2025: We booked two nights at the resort, with super-spacious rooms, carefully furnished with period furniture yet perfectly efficient. Aldo provided a professional welcome at the tables of a rustic restaurant with elegant furnishings and tablecloths. Plates, porcelain, and crystal glasses were provided for the high-quality wines produced on the adjacent property, and a guided tour of the cellar is available. Places like the Cordella wine resort are truly rare, unique, and unconventional. Only for connoisseurs. Personalized service is available at the restaurant, even in low season. The key is to understand that you are staying in a property with just a few units, and communication with management is crucial to obtaining all the information you need to make the most of this wonderful property, tastefully constructed and managed by the people who have made the current level of service possible. I finally extended my stay to indulge in the super service of the very friendly Aldo, and we dined three out of three nights at the restaurant, where you feel pampered and at home. Top-notch ingredients, top-notch wines from the same winery!!! I've already extended my stay. If I was a little skeptical at first, I've changed my mind.!!! The key is to introduce yourself to Aldo and ask for advice!!!

29/12/2025: Nice restaurant, but overpriced. The food was pretty good, but nothing special. As for the entrees, they weren't bad value, but the tagliata was definitely overpriced for the quantity and quality. The tiramisu was good.

29/12/2025: The main course was ossobuco and the meat was hard to cut and chew and full of fat and nerves. When I raised the issue I was invited to choose a different option and I went for carré’ slices, where I found a long black hair. I raised again the issue and they offered me two coffees as symbolic compensation. I would have expected not to be billed for my main course as a minimum. Generally very average level of food and quite pricey. Not recommended.

09/11/2025: We stopped in with friends one evening after the spa. What a wonderful discovery: excellent pizza, good draft beer, fair prices, friendly staff, and a clean, quiet atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

01/10/2025: After waiting for 1 hour!!! I got 2 pizza s with a burned black crost. Ans on top of that, crazy prices. I asked to put on extra capers, anchovis and onions on my pizza tonno and suddenly had to pay 16 euros instead of around 10 euros. Rip off. If you want a good pizzeria in the neighbourhood, go to Il Leccia in Asciano. Marco is a good host and they make great good food for an honest price.
