I was pleasantly surprised. Quiet, calm, nature, the food was very good, the service was good.

When you start tasting mostly vanilla in a scampi risotto, or when an olive ice cream seems more like a concept than a treat, you quickly get the impression that the cooking is designed to surprise rather than delight. I was expecting precision and I was disappointed. Here, apparently, the idea takes precedence over taste, and that's not my idea of ​​what cooking should be.

We dined at La Bianca and the experience was truly excellent. The cuisine was meticulously prepared and the flavors authentic: we ate wonderfully from start to finish. The service was warm, attentive, and always smiling, making us feel welcomed with great kindness. The location is a real highlight: surrounded by greenery, with a wonderful poolside atmosphere that makes dinner even more enjoyable and relaxing. A much-appreciated detail is that the restaurant is also open to non-hotel guests, making it accessible to all. Highly recommended for a quiet, quality evening.
