28/04/2025: Location rather dated…from the entrance the tour of wines and local products takes you to a dimly lit room with tables attached to each other. Appetizers and side dishes, unfortunately not good. Average quality of meat, not the best eaten so far. EXAGGERATED bill. A grappa 12 euros?????? In my area it is offered given the bill. Positive note?! The waitress is not from the area.

So a huge choice of dishes that are also well cooked and served with kindness. Quick lunch without following the usual obscene hours typical of these parties. Personally I appreciated everything even if I skipped dessert for my own personal reasons. It would be interesting to go back on normal days. Excellent quality/price ratio

28/03/2025: This is a fairly large restaurant and pizza shop. The meal for the group this time cost about 20 euros. The pasta had a very authentic taste, the flour taste was a bit stronger but it was still delicious. The pizza was just a very simple pizza which was also delicious. To be honest, the ribs were very similar to Taiwanese spareribs rice, hahahaha. However, the flour coating was not as thick as the one in Taiwan, it was just a very thin flour and it was basically delicious. The fries are quite simple, and the vegetable plate is also good. They are simply grilled without any excessive seasoning, and have a very simple taste. It is plain and simple, but not bad. The restaurant environment itself has a very classical feel, and the interior decoration and furniture are very old. The boss is very friendly, and he has his own unique chili oil, which is basically not spicy. If you like to try new things, you can try it.

12/10/2024: Magic Tuscany, 5 star service Impeccable reception, with car collection, accompaniment to the restaurant, special welcome from all the staff. Simple dishes, with first choice raw materials and selection, authentic Tuscan flavours. Fairytale setting, refined structure without distorting authenticity. Very romantic.

10/09/2024: I had lunch at the tree restaurant for my mother's birthday. This elegant and refined place is located inside Borgo Santo Pietro. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the staff, who led us to the location. Aside from the unique history that characterizes this restaurant, which is built around a 400-year-old oak tree, the attention to detail is what makes this place one of a kind. The cuisine is delicious and with very high quality products, many of which are produced by them. The breathtaking location overlooks the Tuscan hills. The mise en place is refined and romantic and gives the atmosphere of an enchanted garden. Among the typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine we tasted the pappardelle with wild boar sauce, the agnolotti with spinach and the typical platter of cold cuts and cheeses. The staff is welcoming, helpful and really gave us special treatment. I will definitely return in the future, this place is for me a precious pearl that Tuscany has.

03/01/2025: I enjoyed the good food (as usual) and the friendliness of the managers and waitress (as usual) and I enjoyed reading all the great reviews. It's nice to read that foreigners know how to recognize the authentic Italian "trattoria" and know how to appreciate it (perhaps more than the Italians themselves) the rare times that these pearls are still found.

06/03/2025: Ristorante ottimo, con personale gentilissimo. Disponibili anche per accontentare vegetariani e vegani con proposte davvero squisite. Il giardino in estate e primavera è una cosa fantastica, sembra di essere in un altro mondo. Grazie di cuore.

03/04/2025: Incredible food! We came 3 times during our stay in Tuscany and everything on the menu was exceptional. Couple who run the place bought it last year, and they are on to a winner. Nice patio, nice indoors, nice bathrooms, friendly service (English/spanish/italian). Menu in English and Italian. Free parking right in front or down a nearby side street. I loved the ambience sitting on the balcony. We were getting tired of the exact same food on every menu in the region, and this offered authentic Tuscan food at a higher quality and a little different to everything else we ate here. Great value for money, too! Seriously the best steak, best antipasti, best pasta, best fries we ate all vacation. Can’t say enough good things. Try the Ribollita - unbelievable Tuscan veg stew/soup. This place is a must!!! We need to get Guy Fieri out here!
