Staying in Viterbo one night, we found this pizzeria near our hotel and decided to have dinner. We sat in the lovely outdoor seating area, and we enjoyed the church bells from across the street. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful to a couple of tourists from the US with limited Italian language skills. We had a Margherita pizza and a Funghi pizza, and they were excellent. The crust was light, and the toppings were so tasty. The prices were less than I would have paid in the US. I would definitely recommend.

Pizzeria in the Pilastro neighborhood of Viterbo. I'm particularly interested in the quality of the ingredients used, both for the dough and the pan, as well as for the toppings and fillings. Milk is used in the pizza, as stated on the menu. The sausage calzones are a must-try. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Worth a look. Today, May 24, 2026, I was able to review the place and have definitely raised all my scores due to the renovations and the customer service, a courtesy that is quite something these days. The pizza is large and very thin, light. I found the service very friendly, the atmosphere clean, and the owner very kind. Excellent prices. Recommended.
