01/06/2024: After a long stop on the Via Francigena, this place is ideal for resting. Good value for money and the receptionist was very friendly.

06/05/2024: We stayed three nights and I must say we had a great time. Very clean room and friendly and helpful owner. excellent location for visiting the Val D'Orcia. We will definitely be back.

15/07/2024: Place found by chance while leaving the highway. Simple and tasty cuisine and fast service. We took the steak...really tender and tasty. Great experience!

10/07/2024: It offers an interesting variety of pizza doughs. Such as hemp. But the pizza turned out to be a little too "heavy". The appetizer suggested by the waiter was very good.

26/05/2024: We ate here for lunch today. We were a table of 11 people and we ate very well! The friendly and professional staff. A welcoming and informal tavern. Homemade and very tasty food. Excellent cold cuts and superb tomato soup. Tasty wild boar pappardelle and homemade desserts. Highly recommended. Excellent value for money

05/08/2024: Being celiac, my daughter and I had lunch with their fabulous gluten-free crepes, both sweet and savory, two days in a row!! Two really kind people, they also recommended a great restaurant for dinner! If you find yourself in San Gimignano, you must stop in this wonderful little place, for a crepes, a sweet bubble tea or a very fresh frozen yogurt

02/08/2024: Excited that in the middle of such beautiful San Gimignano you can find delicious gluten-free pancakes in a salty or sweet version. In addition, gluten-free bubble tea and a lot of other things. My daughter was delighted with the hot dog pancakes 😋😋😍😍🤗 ready in a moment.

04/08/2024: Für die Qualität zu teuer. Hatten verschiedenes bestellt, einzig der Wein war ansprechend. Der Salat war alt, hatte braune Flecken. Das Wasser sehr teuer. Neben uns hatte ein Rollstuhlfahrer Platz genommen, der wurde gar nicht bedient und ging dann wieder.

13/08/2024: This is THE place to buy panforte, the delicious Tuscan specialty with fruit and nuts. Don't be lured by the beautiful wrappers on the factory-made panforte sold in all the souvenir stores. These folks make everything themselves, and you can taste the difference. Personally, I like the panforte pepato - heavy on the spices with a little black pepper for punch. BTW I found La Nuova Pasticceria by asking the woman in a souvenir store on the piazza. She said it's where her whole family shops.

17/08/2024: One of the worst experiences in Italy I have encountered in 8 years of visiting this beautiful country. Disorganized wait staff, dishes served partially and not for everyone at once. The worst at the end, a waiter comes in and aggressively announces that the restaurant is closed- according to Google Maps there was still an hour to close. We didn't have time to finish our dishes, and we were even kicked out of the restaurant. When I informed the waiter that, according to the information, the restaurant should still be open for an hour and we didn't know they were closing early nor did they inform us, he said „today is not a typical day”. The food was tasty, but service … Nightmare!

17/08/2024: Food and wine was good. But it does not matter when someone kicks you out of restaurant RIGHT NOW when it’s still one hour to close on timetable. Why dont tell us that today restaurant closes earlier when we were ordering our things? i dont understand.

13/07/2024: Die Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer/Mitarbeiter war top! Preis / Leistung war angemessen. Das Florentiner Steak war einfach nur sensationell !!! Einfaches aber sehr nettes Ambiente. Auch ohne Reservierung wurde es uns ermöglicht hier zu speisen und den Abend ausgiebig mit gutem Wein zu genießen. UNBEDINGT EMPFEHLENSWERT!! E-Ladestation für Elektroautos nur ca. 100m entfernt (1x Typ2, 1x CCS, 1x CHAdeMO)

25/06/2024: Went for a dinner on our first night in Radda. Liked it so much came for a second night dinner. Food is amazing and desserts to die for. Michelin star performance. Hope it will get recognition due !!!

07/08/2024: Excellent pastry shop in San Gimignano. Home made products from candied oranges to panforte and ricciarelli, very littel additives, all very tasty and fresh. Welcoming staff too!

06/08/2024: Regrettable. DO NOT ENTER. A tourist trap. They do not have the prices published and they try to charge you more (2 coffees and 2 buns 15 euros). I complained and they returned part of the money, but intentionality is evident when when giving you the note they cut off the details of what was consumed so that you cannot verify anything.

27/08/2024: Ristorante consigliato da una ragazza del posto. Cibo e vino meritano.....consiglio i pici al ragù di chianina....il servizio...nel complesso freddo e distaccato,...probabilmente ( vestito da Harley, da solo) non sono stato valutato come altri clienti in coppia o più persone. Non è stato piacevole questo atteggiamento....sicuramente se fossero stati più accoglienti, non se ne sarebbero pentiti...anzi. Non penso che ci tornerò anche se il cibo meriterebbe...ma conta tutto il pacchetto...e il queste zone non mancano ristoranti..in alcuni ci torniamo ogni anno è più volte all anno facendo anche deviazioni di centinaia di chilometri...e il passaparola c'è. Ho fatto notare questa cosa al cameriere....e mi ha risposto che sono problemi miei a lui non frega nulla.

25/08/2024: In gruppo di due famiglie, 9 persone, mangiato divinamente antipasto toscano, pici e tagliatelle al ragù, controfiletti e dolci fatti in casa. Complimenti a tutti per il servizio e al cuoco. Ottimi consigli per il vino… Bravi !

02/08/2024: I just bought wine! In the end I was wrong, it's Italy, what else could you expect? If you don't want to experience disappointment, seasoned with lies and selective memories, then I can only recommend staying away from these Vienna sales!
