The atmosphere was very dated... The staff didn't understand Italian, and it wasn't their fault. The service was a bit improvised... The pici were delicious, but not much choice.

Located right on the road outside Montepulciano, the restaurant is very large. To enter the dining room, you pass through the various products the family produces. I recommend the grilled chicken...excellent...the dishes are generous...perhaps a little on the expensive side, but the food is very good.

It's one of those places where you appreciate not only the good food, but also the human warmth and genuine atmosphere that are increasingly hard to find these days. You can sense the commitment, quality, and love that goes into every detail, from the welcome to the dishes served. This is the second time we've stopped for lunch... excellent!!! It's truly worth it... everything is delicious... the pici are phenomenal and the Florentine steak is amazing!!!!

A magical place, wonderful people, and top-notch food. We were welcomed with open arms, slept in their parking lot with our camper, and were able to share some truly special moments. Amazing wine, truly delicious Florentine steak.

Antica Locanda Ristorante "La Pietra"

27/06/2025: We spent a wonderful, balmy summer evening on the Pietra terrace, enjoying the drinks (fantastic bartender!). The rabbit with rosemary potatoes was particularly delicious, and we highly recommend the pears braised in spices and wine with ice cream. The mix of locals and an international clientele is quite unusual. We look forward to our next visit.

Ristorante Taverna del Grappolo Blu

10/06/2026: An amazing and intimate dining experience. The vibes were cozy and the food was so fresh and divine. You can taste the hard work and love that went into it. We highly recommend and of course order a bottle of wine.
