07/09/2025: An ideal place for a vacation in the green heart of upper Umbria, a good starting point for destinations like Lake Trasimeno, Tuoro, Passignano, Castiglione, and a quick trip to Tuscany. Spacious and comfortable apartment. Excellent pool and restaurant. All this is enhanced by the helpful and friendly owners. We'll definitely be back!

11/10/2025: We ordered two different sandwiches, two different coffees and tried 4 pastries. Everything was amazing. So tasty and flavourful! Lots of options to choose from. You need to check them out

27/06/2025: Savory good .... fried pasta remarkable. Very thin but pleasant pizza ... Worth the stop.

15/10/2025: Unfortunately, the facility is closed, but the place is beautiful. You can freely bathe in the thermal waters on the riverbank. We hope to reopen soon.

20/10/2025: Tried a good Tuscan soup here, that is called "Ribollita". It was a good choice, and i was looking for exactly "that" when i was looking for something unique that evening.

09/11/2025: Overall disappointment Four of us went to this restaurant for a Sunday lunch out of town. The appetizer of cured meats and cheeses was clearly served for three people, even though there were four of us. We then ordered the pici all'aglione, but honestly, you couldn't even smell the garlic; it was a bland dish. Furthermore, the waiter seemed to ignore us. Unfortunately, the tiramisu didn't improve the situation. I didn't like it. The final price was quite expensive for what we ate!

26/09/2025: A nice midway location for a stop after a long drive or if you're traveling long distances. Affordable prices, excellent service, but fairly poor food, with food being cold, undercooked, and/or ordered incorrectly. Unfortunately, I'm sorry to say that the food at this restaurant disappointed me, as I had higher expectations for the price paid, considering that €20 per person is a good price for a full menu. Otherwise, the location is very accessible and easy to find, with very little noise and plenty of seating. The quality of the food, however, has a significant impact on the restaurant's rating, and I have to give this critical assessment.

11/10/2025: We had beef with cheese and pizza. Everything was very good. We stayed very close and it was another bonus to our stay:-). 50m walking !

19/08/2025: Excellent food, very friendly service, lovely location. This restaurant was a true hidden gem. I never thought I'd find such a solid pizzeria just by wandering around. We ordered a speck and scamorza pizza, which was nothing short of phenomenal. The speck and scamorza stood out with their distinctive flavor and smoky notes. We immediately noticed the excellent selection of ingredients behind their work (sorry I didn't take any photos). The pizza was also very reasonably priced: €8.50. I love browsing pizzerias, and this was hands down one of the best I've been to. I highly recommend this place.

28/08/2025: We stopped by chance, driven by hunger. We don't regret our visit to this establishment at all. The kebabs are delicious and the host is very pleasant.

16/08/2025: Definitely deserves a higher rating, the service was friendly and the mutton pulao and kebab are delicious, with a generous portion for the price. Thank you for trying to help me save face by saying the card machine was broken; it turned out that my bank back home had everything taken down for maintenance for a few hours. 😂

25/08/2025: Forget the colorful boxes you see around for tourists. If you want to taste Siena's sweets, the real ones, this is the place to be, and there's nothing more to say. I've been coming here for a while. It's a workshop, not a fancy shop, and you can definitely taste the difference. They make everything themselves, by hand, like they used to. Those white almond pastries are the stuff of Baia, tender and melt in your mouth, and the panforte is the real thing, spiced and with just the right hint of pepper. It's the taste of home. The staff is always friendly, people who know what they're doing and don't sell you smoke. This is a piece of authentic Siena.

13/09/2025: A very nice and welcoming little restaurant in Montepulciano. We had an appetizer of excellent Tuscan crostini and delicious handmade pici with garlic! The owner was very kind, and Eric, whose service made us feel truly at home! Thank you!

05/07/2025: El mismo día que llegamos a la Toscana decidimos ir a un restaurante cercano recomendado por el hotel. Llegamos al establecimiento donde mi hija de 11 años (que habla Italiano con fluidez) se adelantó y preguntó si podían hospedarnos a los 4. El anfitrión inmediatamente comenzó a maltratarla, en voz muy alta, preguntándole si no era capaz de levantar el teléfono y llamar para solicitar una reserva, entre otras ofensas. Se aseguró de que todo el restaurante pudiera escucharlo e incluso después de que salimos del restaurante pudimos escucharlo haciendo bromas sobre nosotros y los clientes riendo. Seamos claros aquí: si logras ser cruel con un niño, no es un rasgo de personalidad ni tampoco se trata de que no te importe lo que piensen los demás. ES SIMPLEMENTE CRUEL Y MALVADO. Y los clientes que se ríen son igual de malos. Por lo tanto, te sugiero que si lees este post y estás en Montefollonico evites este restaurante o, si lo prefieres, pases por allí, pidas una mesa y cuando te traten mal respondas en el buen y viejo Italiano: VAFFAN… C. U. ¡¡¡L.O!! !! !

04/08/2025: Fuldstændig fantastisk mad! Noget af det bedste hjemmelavet pasta, vi har fået i Italien. Så skøn, afslappende stemning og fantastisk betjening. Selvom vi havde vores 1-årige med, var der plads og overskud til det. De havde desværre kun åbent til frokost i weekenden, ellers havde vi været der flere dage i ugen!

12/10/2025: We were in town for our wedding, and for our first evening dinner we wanted to treat our guests to authentic Italian pizza. La Pergola was on our minds from the moment we decided to have our wedding in Radicondoli, as our plan was always to share delicious pizza with everyone on the first night. The owners of La Pergola were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even with our large order. They delivered some of the best pizza we had during our trip — truly 5-star flavors! All of our guests absolutely loved it, and every slice was gone by the end of the night. Although we didn’t have the chance to dine in and enjoy the beautiful views of the restaurant, we’ll definitely come back to experience it next time. Highly recommended! 30/09/2025: I ate at this pizzeria and was thrilled. The pizza was truly delicious; the dough was tasty and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, easy to digest and melt-in-your-mouth. The toppings were amazing, and you could taste the high quality. It's a shame about the service, because there's not much seating, but to order, we had to call the waitress ourselves, and throughout the entire dinner, they never came to check if everything was okay, or to ask if we wanted more drinks or dessert. Furthermore, when the pizzas arrived, they didn't explain anything to us, and I'm sorry, but for a pizza like this with such high prices, I'd say it's fair to do so and not leave the pizza and run away! The place is gorgeous, with a breathtaking view. We'll be back to try new pizzas, and I hope the service is better 🤞 Congratulations 👏
