09/10/2025: We've been enjoying the excellent cuisine and attentive, always friendly service for six years now! Our Tuscany holidays always begin and end with a meal there! I recommend the grilled agnello, the carpaccio di manzo... oh, actually everything!!! The wine is always at the perfect temperature, and Lorenzo is happy to help with the selection! Many thanks to Lucio, Lorenzo, Paolo, and the wonderful old Marcello!! And of course, the god in the kitchen!! See you again next year!🇮🇹😎‼️

19/06/2025: Seems like a local pub hangout which I like. Good food and service. Not too many beers if thats what you are looking for but many other drink options. Low prices. Indoor and outdoor seating. Dog friendly!

11/10/2025: My worst meal in all of Tuscany. Not only did we wait an hour for a pizza, but it was inedible... when I told the waiter the food was awful, he simply said nothing and walked away. This is no way to treat a diner who, on top of that, spent a lot of money at the restaurant, since we had ordered a starter, first course, and main course. Nothing else we ate was exceptional. The atmosphere is noisy and very unromantic. It's a poorly decorated cafeteria. I wouldn't go back or recommend it to anyone. A real disappointment.

11/10/2025: Food and service are not up to par with a true Italian restaurant. The service not only took a while for us to order, but the food also took a long time to arrive, and to top it all off, it was a complete disaster. I've traveled almost all of Italy and tasted all its cuisine, but the truth is, the food here is beyond awful. Competitive prices but poor quality. It's clear this is a tourist attraction, as they eat a lot of bad food at a reasonable price, unless you're eating meat. For people with good judgment, I recommend you avoid this place and look for other places to eat, as there are many better options just a few miles away. I'll never come back. Don't make that mistake.

10/10/2025: Excellent place in Siena! Good wines, delicious food, good music! Beautiful people, a youthful atmosphere—everything was great! I recommend it!

06/10/2025: Told my wife they didn’t have something that was definitely on the menu. Forgot about us after seating us outside. We left after 30 minutes of no service.

16/09/2025: We stopped here with friends for lunch before heading to Montepulciano. Good service, excellent food, and good wine. The atmosphere is like an old trattoria. Good, average prices. If we're in the area, we'll definitely visit again.

28/07/2025: A unique old-fashioned trattoria where you can eat truly excellent typical Tuscan dishes...the handmade pici and the Fiorentina steak are excellent. Cesare is a friendly guy...fair prices.

02/04/2025: Wonderful. New management, new name: CONTRASTI: molecular kitchen. The owner or chef Christian was very attentive, and everything was delicious, a fantastic bread and all food.! I would like to go back to try the tasting menu!

24/03/2025: Non posso fare una recensione sul cibo, però posso dire che sono stati veramente scortesi, perchè dopo aver telefonato più volte per confermare prenotazione inviato messaggi, arrivati davanti al ristorante di sabato sera alle 20:00 ristorante chiuso, ci possono essere milioni di motivi per tenere chiuso, ma obbligo avvertire le persone con la prenotazione, comportamento non accettabile, senza alcun rispetto.

13/10/2025: A beautiful and impressive location, a classic Tuscan countryside lunch with a breathtaking view. The food, however, was a bit less so. Two of my friends (who ate the same dish, so it's no coincidence that there were three of us) and I both had food poisoning, so the food probably needs rethinking.

12/10/2025: The prices are above average for restaurants in the Val d'Orcia, with no significant difference in quality. I think €14 for the chicken liver pâté or €12 for the crostini are a bit steep. These are classic local dishes, and these were no different in flavor or selection from those you'd find elsewhere, but at a lower price. The location is certainly well-maintained and the food is high-quality, but that doesn't justify the €3 cover charge or the €18 for the pici all'aglione or al ragù.

11/10/2025: We ordered two different sandwiches, two different coffees and tried 4 pastries. Everything was amazing. So tasty and flavourful! Lots of options to choose from. You need to check them out

03/10/2025: A 5-STAR TRATTORIA WITH FULL AMOUNT!!!... Excellent traditional Sienese food, friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful staff. Fair prices. RECOMMENDED TRATTORIA.

24/06/2025: The breakfast needs improvement. We expected a farm with local products. Instead, we were offered none of that. The interior of the accommodation needs to be renovated! The location and the view are fantastic!
