17/06/2025: I often stop at this pastry shop for a quiet breakfast. Both in summer and winter I can sit at a table and give myself 10 minutes of relaxation. In winter the indoor tables give a warmth and a sense of serenity. In summer, however, I sit at the outdoor tables, in the quiet square. Often a light breeze, like today, keeps the air fresh and sipping a cappuccino and tasting a good pasta becomes really pleasant. The area is quiet, and even if it is not an exclusive location, I prefer it to the more lively Piazza Arnolfo, a few steps away. If you pass by here and want to pamper yourself and relax I recommend this place. You will find kindness, serenity and courtesy. The staff is very kind and will be able to advise you in front of the specialties that will leave you in doubt about which to try, for their variety.

10/06/2025: From the moment we wandered into this adorable town, dropped off by accident, it seemed it must have been fate. We sat down at a table, luggage and all and immediately were offered a space to stow our bags so we could relax and figure out where we were supposed to be. We ordered some food, bruscetta to start and it was one of the best we had in our whole vacation. I had a Ceasar salad, and my boyfriend had the tagliatelle with beef ragu and cheesecake for desert. Our food was all excellent. I asked it it was okay if I got a gelato from the shop across the street to bring to the table. Turns out, that shop is there's as well, so no problem. I had Gelato in probably 6 towns, and this was by far the creamiest and best. Back to the service, as soon as they say we were somewhat lost, with no car, on our way to a farmhouse nearby, they offered us assistance in getting us there and any other help we might need during our stay. They were so kind, we are forever grateful to Aleandro and Pasquale. Truly the epitome of good humans.

09/06/2025: Top restaurant! Excellent welcome from both the dining room staff and the owners. Very nice setting in the historic center of Castellina. Quality food (Filetto one of the best I've ever eaten) Normal prices. Highly recommended!!!

15/06/2025: Very nice agriturismo! The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything you need. The hosts were very nice and helpful. The pool was great! The dogs on the property are so sweet and cuddly. The camp is fantastic. Pure peace and quiet with a beautiful view. We love this agriturismo! Thank you for the wonderful days.

22/05/2025: A very nice agriturismo, which we visited as a family with two children in the summer of 2024. Simple but lovely accommodation, great pool, simple but sufficient breakfast, and excellent dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

20/04/2025: We were traveling in Tuscany for a week and found this rather inconspicuous pizzeria. They were the best pizzas in the area. The dough was baked perfectly, the sauce was delicious and the topping was great. Highly recommended!!!

17/06/2025: We had tried the wine from the Colle Bereto winery the night before at another restaurant in Radda, so we came here today. Great wines straight from Radda! The food was also incredibly delicious. We started with the Tuscan cold cuts platter (to share between two!), followed by tagliatelle and ravioli. ... Oh, and first, we had a sparkling rosé from the winery as an aperitif... A lovely evening with friendly service!

10/03/2025: Exceptional. The ravioli with gorgonzola and bacon are amazing 👏👏👏👏 Very good classic chianti the Colle Bereto. First class canteen. Very pretty.

07/07/2025: I am a maitre d' in a 5 star hotel and I can assure you that it is very rare to find a place like this restaurant. Very good food, research of raw materials, passion in cooking and impeccable assembly of the dish. Then the care of the environment, of the service and the kindness and professionalism of Mr. Carlo. Many restaurants should take inspiration from this place. I absolutely recommend it to everyone!

02/07/2025: Ordered two dishes - sirloin steak and filet steak. Both were super dry and overcooked. I did order medium well, but the outcome was not eatable (sirloin) and semi eatable (filet) Left the sirloin untouched. Also, 38 euros for a small thin piece of fillet and three small samples of potato purée is unreasonable!!

11/03/2025: In vacanza nei dintorni siamo stati a pranzo in questo grazioso piccolo ristorante Accolti con sorriso e di questi tempi è raro abbiamo degustato dei buoni fiori di zucca ripieni di ricotta un' altrettanto zuppa di funghi e tartufo molto buona e del maialino fatto in tegame valido Buono il servizio Se vi trovate in val d' Orcia fateci un salto
