It is ideal for those wandering the village on a scorching summer day who want to take a break for a cold drink; we had a limoncello spritz and an Aperol spritz—they were fantastic and served with plenty of ice. My wife, son, and I arrived. Our son was already asleep. My wife and I paid 58 Euros for two pasta dishes, two beers, a water, and two double espressos. Was it worth the price in terms of taste? Yes. But even though three different waiters served us during our time there, and we thanked them for every service, they were very grumpy and avoided eye contact at all. Would I come again? Of course not. Would I recommend it to my friends and family? I'm undecided.

A lovely place in a pedestrian area with a choice of outdoor seating, indoor seating, or air-conditioned dining.
Quick and helpful service.
Refined cuisine, fresh pasta with delicious pici and exceptional crostoni.
Prices are reasonable but justified by the quality of the ingredients.
Absolutely worth it!

A great place despite some of the reviews. Lovely terrace, good food in a city where it's not easy to find a restaurant that isn't a tourist trap. The service could be improved; there were a few hiccups, but overall it was good and friendly.

A lovely place in a very central location in the small town of San Gimignano. I see many reviews mentioning the high prices: true, it's not cheap, but frankly, I'm surprised anyone would be surprised. San Gimignano is generally very expensive, take it or leave it, at least for now.
As for the products and service, I'd say they're good, high quality, and the staff are friendly.

We had breakfast at Magnino Bistrot and can definitely recommend it. It was pleasantly quiet and not very busy on a Sunday morning, creating a very relaxed atmosphere.
The breakfast was excellent: both the pastries and the cappuccino were delicious and perfectly complemented our meal. All in all, a wonderful start to the day.
If you're looking for a cozy and recommendable breakfast spot in San Gimignano, this is the place to go.
