04/01/2026: We celebrated my dad's 80th birthday here. I arranged a menu for the occasion, and I'd say everything was very good, but I especially appreciate the chicken, rabbit, lamb, and fried vegetables. Riccardo and his staff were welcoming and professional. Thank you.

We tried the Roman-style "Mortazza" and vegetarian pork crancio, both delicious. The former is very crunchy, while the latter is softer due to the larger amount of vegetables.

From the welcome, to the decor, from the service to the exceptional food: everything was second to none. We can't wait to return to the enchanting hills to visit you again. The owner's smile when he brings you your food is genuine and sincere, ingredients that make guests feel at home. Not to mention the amazing food, all exclusively handmade. We can't wait to return to the enchanting Tuscan hills and enjoy another stop at Caffè Sant'Angelo! ♥️

15/09/2025: The hospitality and food were truly perfect for a completely relaxing evening! The menu was extensive and had plenty of options for celiacs like me, including desserts. The staff were friendly and helpful; we immediately let them know we had a large dog, and they let us park right in front of the restaurant for convenience. This will definitely be a place we'll return to.

17/01/2026: We were invited for a birthday party and had a wonderful lunch. Authentic food, a blend of Tuscan and Sardinian cuisine... the result was truly excellent.
29/12/2025: We went for lunch yesterday, we ate well, we had 1 pappardelle with tomato sauce for the little girl and it was very good and for us adults we had 1 veal stew and 1 tripe, all exceptional. Then we had 1 water and 1/2 bottles of red wine, 3 desserts and 2 coffees for €63. I would say the price is average, I don't think you can find anything less. Fast service. I highly recommend it.

23/02/2026: Delicious, high-quality dishes, professional and friendly staff. We had excellent appetizers, definitely worth trying: the pumpkin mousse with salted ricotta and chestnut cream, the tartare with a unique mustard, and the spaghetti with cavolo nero pesto. Everything was truly excellent.

Every dish was so elaborately prepared and amazing!
The 1.5kg steak was truly impressive!
It wasn't just big; it was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor!
Everything was so delicious that I ended up going back two days in a row!

27/01/2026: Excellent location as a base for exploring the Val d'Orcia. Situated on the edge of Sarteano, a charming village with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket. Friendly staff, a large park, a beautiful swimming pool, and well-maintained accommodations. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for!
02/11/2025: I visited this charming campsite as a child with my parents, and I remember playing on the lawns, hanging out with the kids, and swimming in the pool. Several years have passed, and I decided to return with my children. I especially enjoyed the thermal mineral pools and their healing properties, as well as the children's areas like the playground and the pool with slides. As a parent, I also recommend this campsite for its cleanliness and nighttime surveillance (essential for safety). We chose the Lux glamping option...highly recommended! We'll definitely be back next year.

14/03/2026: The restaurant is stylishly furnished, and the ambiance is equally charming. It's a little noisy, but really nothing special!
The food is excellent, with fresh ingredients and excellent cooking.
I mention the tempura because I think it's a must-try, but the sushi and sashimi are also remarkable, as is everything I've had there, including a spectacular tuna tartare.
Friendly and friendly service, good wine list 🍷

08/02/2026: Very nice and welcoming place!! Despite the late hour, they welcomed us with their excellent products. We had a varied mixed platter and a good glass of wine served in a tiny room with a countryside view, which is a real treat!!! Everything was excellent, including the welcome!!
