03/06/2025: Fantastic atmosphere in this place where you can taste real local specialties. Attention also to vegetarian customers with a separate menu. The attention of the customer is great and the view of the greenery is phenomenal.

08/06/2025: Il Celliere è decisamente una tappa irrinunciabile quando siamo in zona. Ed è sempre una conferma. Nel nostro caso l’ottava conferma. La cortesia del personale di sala, l’ambiente sempre curato nei dettagli, il menù contenuto ma molto variegato, l’ampia scelta di vini, la cura del cliente per tutta la serata…sono tutti obiettivi puntualmente raggiunti. Ottimo il pane fatto in casa , così come la pasta. Entrambi disponibili in versione senza glutine, ottimi. È in corso una nuova revisione del menù e della carta dei vini…non vediamo l’ora di tornare per scoprirli!

04/05/2025: Spectacular location within the fortified walls. Possibility of eating on the panoramic terrace at the top of one of the bastions of the walls. Excellent quality food plated with skill! Excellent service and excellent wine list! Very honest prices for the quality offered. Highly recommended!

05/04/2025: Gruppo di 8 amici motociclisti: una cena ottima. Abbiamo mangiato come primo ribollita o pici al ragù o all’aglione e poi tagliata di chianina con patate. Primi molto buoni ma una menzione speciale la merita la carne: credo la migliore tagliata che abbia mai mangiato. Conto onesto. Servizio leggermente lungo ma accettabile . Straconsigliato.

12/06/2025: We had a homemade tagliatelli with fresh truffle, it was amazing! The Chef served it himself. The T-bone steak was cooked to the perfection. Kind waitress, good house wine and good prices.

10/06/2025: Unfortunately, the experience was not convincing. Non-existent welcome. The pizza was flavorless (even though it was a 4 Saisons pizza) and the dough was very average. Very surprised by the lack of attention shown to customers upon entering the restaurant 🤔 Luckily, the bill was a small amount.

01/06/2025: The restaurant is really beautiful, the place magnificent. The food really excellent, the service attentive to all needs and the price normal.. At the end of the evening we left satisfied and full. Congratulations again.

31/05/2025: Very good food (really out of this world pici), very friendly service and a plate with different types of homemade bread that were really good. Bonus track the stars that could be seen from the restaurant parking lot. Absolutely recommended

26/05/2025: Two days in Colle Val d'Elsa and two dinners at the inn, typical dishes but also good vegetarian alternatives. The cuisine is very well-prepared, excellent raw materials and a beautiful cellar. The quality/price ratio is excellent as is the welcome of the owner. Highly recommended.

02/06/2025: Wonderful accommodation in the heart of Tuscany. We spent three excellent nights at this hotel, located on a hill overlooking the surrounding vineyards and olive groves. You can even see the towers of San Gimignano in the distance while having breakfast on the terrace. The rooms are large, tastefully decorated, and have a kitchen and living room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will return if we have the chance.

20/05/2025: Excellent quality of the food offered, with innovative and revisited ideas, but always in tradition. Then what about the possibility of eating outdoors in the lively streets of the village. A few small imperfections in the service, but overall 5 stars deserved!

11/05/2025: A good address with a short and efficient menu...and which seems very popular with tourists like us, the room was stormed by English and French speakers, the service is fluid thanks to the waiters' mastery of English 😉

13/06/2025: Nice bite to eat on a hot day. Pasta dish, pizza with anchovies (delicious) beer and white wine. €37.50. Just a tourist location for a bite. Great price and quality ratio.

13/05/2025: I give 4 stars to the food because we only tried the bagged chips. But the cocktail was very good (both). The place has an old and elegant style, good music and the service was the best, they give you advice and explain what each cocktail has. I recommend you go for an aperitif or dinner. Fair prices for the quality (€8/€10 for a cocktail, €6 for a glass of wine and €5 for a draft beer).

06/05/2025: We hired the White Dog to provide the open bar for our wedding in Poggibonsi. They were incredibly professional and communicative throughout the process and did an excellent job the day of the wedding with delicious cocktails and drinks that all of our loved ones thoroughly enjoyed. They also had a really beautiful bar setup at the venue. We would highly recommend their services to anyone.

31/05/2025: The best bar in San Gimignano. Very kind staff, delicious croissants! Not just breakfasts, but also for lunch, fabulous ribollita and minestrone. Our daughter and her partner say the pizzas are amazing! Right piece. It's worth the trip!
