This organization arranged a mill tor, cooking class and dinner for our family it was truly an amazing experience. Emma was our host and she couldn’t have been more informative and helpful. It was interesting to learn about the community and theatre and how it ties altogether. Chef Rafal was our pasta making teacher, his skills were amazing to watch and was very patient with us, so much fun. Dinner after at Restaurant Bonzino was a truly homemade Tuscan dinner with locally sourced ingredients, it was so good! A wonderful experience with wonderful people.😎

03/05/2026: We've been to this place and the pinza is truly delicious. The dough is light and the ingredients are top-quality, making the experience truly delicious. I absolutely recommend trying it.

27/07/2026: Excellent Neapolitan pizzeria. The customers are mostly foreigners, but despite this, it's not a tourist trap and the food is very good. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The gluten-free pizza is excellent; the dough is fresh and definitely not one of those pre-packaged bases. Unfortunately, the oven isn't dedicated to gluten-free, so there may be contamination, but the staff warns you in advance and is extremely transparent about it. The central location in Pienza is excellent.
