26/06/2026: Stunning gelato! Incredible flavours, fresh taste and creamy texture- makes for an amazing experience. Highly recommend the amareno and pistachio. We enjoyed it everyday of our stay, sat in the nearby square. Brilliant service.

08/06/2026: We had a great dinner experience at this restaurant. We were staying at Bagni di San Filippo, but most of the restaurants in town were fully booked, so we moved a bit further out. It was a great decision, as the food and prices were excellent, much better than restaurants in touristy areas. We also ordered some delicious red wine, and when we wanted to take some away, the owner was super kind and gave us a bottle.

This restaurant perfectly embodies the essence of Italian cuisine: simple recipes, but with high-quality ingredients and impeccable proportions.
I had a selection of bruschetta as a starter, homemade pasta with duck ragù as a main course, and tiramisu for dessert. It was a delight.
The estate's wine is incredible and very reasonably priced for its quality (€16 a bottle!). It complements the local cuisine beautifully. A great place to eat if you're ever in the San Gimignano area.

Naturally kind, that unfaking friendliness, with a touch of style that makes the difference. Carefully crafted drinks, fast service, a genuine smile. The perfect aperitif even has a name, or rather two. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

22/07/2026: Great food at very reasonable prices! Every dish was delicious, from the homemade pasta to the grilled meats. The desserts were absolutely amazing, especially the chocolate tartufo and the traditional cantucci with Vin Santo. Friendly service, generous portions, and excellent value for money. Highly recommended if you’re visiting the area!
03/07/2026: Kudos to Cesare, who makes his customers feel right at home. A spartan, old-fashioned place with a limited number of seats and tables for lunch outside. I had pici with wild boar ragù... probably the best I've had in Tuscany. The mixed cured meat platter was also very good.
A place that does a lot of takeout.
Very fair bill.
Highly recommended.
