The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating, always helpful and friendly, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast is also delicious and offers plenty of fruit to start the day invigorated. 29/07/2025: Friendly and helpful staff, lovely restaurant/wine bar in the heart of Siena, just steps from Piazza del Campo. Actually, dinner was complimentary, so I can't comment on the price, but I can tell you that the appetizers were very good... cold cuts, cheeses, bruschetta, cheese flan with truffles... and many other delicacies. The wine was nothing short of spectacular and perfectly complemented the appetizers and this spectacular meat! Highly recommended.

25/07/2025: 🍷 Enoteca I Terzi – Spontaneous enjoyment at the highest level ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lunch without a reservation – and still a warm welcome! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, from the first moment to the last sip. Foie gras, Caprese, gnocchi with truffle and pecorino cream – everything was perfect, all full of flavor. A perfect wine to complement it. Conclusion: If you want to enjoy authentic, high-quality, and relaxed dining in Siena, this is the place to be. A definite recommendation!

03/05/2025: We tasted the ice cream and the Diavoli cake. Limited choice for tastes but still good quality, the house cake with both cream and chocolate is very good indeed. Kindness and courtesy. Perhaps the environment could be more "cheerful"

05/07/2025: We came to Siena to explore, staying at San Roco a Pilli. A Google Maps search brought up this restaurant. We tried it and it was right 😀. The value for money was excellent. The food was delicious! The staff was super friendly.

Fatima and the other staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It's a pleasure to eat in a place where kindness is spontaneous, a quality that, unfortunately, is increasingly rare. 02/07/2025: As a restaurateur, I know what it means to manage a sudden change in a reservation: we started with a table of 10 and arrived with 22, all communicated promptly as the diners were added... and I fully understand the discomfort that a situation like this can create. Precisely to facilitate the service and allow for smooth management, we ourselves proposed a single menu for everyone. Since the diners were coming from different parts of Italy, and we spared no expense... we wanted to offer them a taste of the local cuisine, perhaps with a selection of appetizers, a couple of first courses and a typical second course. Instead, with an attitude not inclined to discussion and almost annoyed, we were forced to choose a menu consisting of an appetizer and a mixed grill. No real openness to dialogue, no alternative proposal. We let it slide - there was no point in arguing. The food? Excellent, nothing to say. The location? Simply wonderful. But let me say, with all understanding and respect between colleagues: a smile costs nothing, and it makes all the difference. Welcoming with courtesy, especially large groups, is a fundamental part of hospitality. Even the best cuisine loses part of its value if the person serving it seems almost disturbed by our presence. With a little more empathy and human warmth, the experience would have been truly perfect

25/06/2025: A pleasant surprise. The service is professional and fast, and the cuisine is simple but well-executed. My risotto allo scoglio was rich in seafood and well-seasoned. Fish isn't easy to find in Tuscany, and here you can have the first and second courses made with fish! The rum baba was very good. I'll be back!

14/04/2025: I'll start by saying that the undersigned, for unknown reasons, was treated very badly by the owner/waitress. Ignored when ordering pizzas Ignored 2 times while trying to tell her I wanted a simple coke to drink. Once the pizza arrived (raw and tasteless) the legendary lady coughed slightly on the surface. An experience bordering on blasphemy, a true blasphemy for the homage to the famous Neapolitan pizza. Absolutely not recommended.

24/07/2025: A restaurant in the center of a rustic village, discovered almost by chance, a more than pleasant surprise. The food was exquisite and carefully prepared, and I also found the service excellent, with young and extremely helpful staff. I highly recommend it, and if I ever get the chance, I'll definitely return.

This restaurant is a real favorite, cozy thanks to its owners Francesco & Pasquale, and their chef makes the best Osso Bucco I've ever had in my life 😮‍💨. We went there a few more times during our stay. So, don’t hesitate! Thanks to all the staff who were very welcoming. We'll see each other next year 💪🏼.

22/07/2025: Ein hervorragenes Restaurant, mitten im Zentrum von Siena. Es bietet eine reichliche Auswahl an toskanischen, aber auch besonderen Spezialitäten, alles sehr frisch und köstlich. Das Ossobuco, das ich abends zu meinem Geburtstag dort aß, war einfach nur hervorragend. Sehr freundliche und schnelle Bedienung, Speisen und Getränke in einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wer nicht draußen sitzen möchte, der sollte unbedingt im Innenraum speisen, einer ehemaligen Grotte, sehr beeindruckend. Wir bekamen eine persönliche Führung vom Eigentümer durch die Innenräume seines Restaurants, alles liebevoll eingerichtet, mit einer besonderen Atmosphäre. Ich kann das Ristorante Bonelli nur empfehlen und komme gerne wieder, wenn ich wieder in Siena sein sollte.
