Service: The staff is kind and courteous, attentive to requests, and very quick in delivering the dishes. Food: We came here because I was attracted by the vegetarian sandwiches, and my expectations were not disappointed! I had the beetroot, which comes with three sauces: pumpkin, onions, and salsa verde, plus the peasant potatoes, which are truly delicious. The sandwich is generous and delicious, and the bread is homemade, and you can taste it! My companion had the lampredotto with roast potatoes and shared the same deliciousness! We also spoke with the owner, whose words clearly demonstrate his professionalism and his desire to refine quality food to please a wide range of customers and make everyone feel comfortable at the table. A good, traditional dinner with their own local wine. Friendly and attentive service, but I gave it a 3-star rating because it was slightly below my expectations given the location: the young man who served us was kind and attentive, but he dirtied my glass by pouring me wine, giving me a sip that wasn't appropriate and seemed unsure of what he was telling us. The pici all'aglione and the wild boar tagliatelle were excellent... the Fiorentina steak, however, was a bit tough. The price was a bit steep, but in line with other restaurants of this type. I highly recommend it for a Tuscan experience with good food and wine, and a wonderful surrounding landscape.

We were absolutely thrilled with this splendid osteria. The location is simply fantastic, with a stunning view that, especially at sunset, creates a magical and unforgettable atmosphere. The real added value, however, is the staff. Everyone has always been attentive, knowledgeable, and super professional. Special praise goes to Cosimo, a perfect "host": always present, available, thoughtful, and with a rare level of professionalism. Chef Sauro's dishes are nothing short of unsurpassed, a true joy for the palate. The best moment, however, was at the end of the evening: the chef himself came out of the kitchen to greet the guests and sincerely ask for their opinions on his creations. A gesture of great humility and passion that we greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
