Excellent lunch.
The owner is a wonderful person, very helpful and friendly. You can tell he loves his job, and it always pays off. Excellent dishes with sophisticated pairings and quality ingredients. The purple potato gnocchi with gorgonzola fondue, which wasn't on the menu that day, were spectacular. They offer a small welcome appetizer and homemade cantucci. Highly recommended, and congratulations to the entire staff! If we return to the area, we'll definitely stop by to enjoy the owner's warm welcome, which truly won us over. If there were six stars, I would have given them all!

We had dinner on December 31, 2025. The owner was incredibly kind in finding us a table, even though we booked last minute. The dishes were truly unique and delicious. The wait for the dishes was normal. I give the owner a 10/10 for his kindness and friendliness. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone staying in or visiting Pienza.
