31/07/2026: An incredible experience; the Monteverdi setting is magical, and the meal was absolutely perfect, exceptionally refined. The welcome and service were also superb.

25/07/2026: Cuisine, atmosphere, creativity, professionalism, attention to every little detail... these are the first things that come to mind when I think back to my evening yesterday at this splendid restaurant on the edge of Val d'Orcia. A relaxing atmosphere with meticulous, friendly, and unobtrusive service. Incredibly thoughtful and surprising dishes, clearly reflecting the dedication, technique, and passion of a young and close-knit team. A special evening I'll never forget.

05/01/2026: Good place for a quick lunch or aperitivo. They don’t serve cooked dishes ‘like pasta’. Had a plate with a variety of pecorino cheese with ricotta, but that was it. Me and my husband had both the ‘vegetables’ but arrived some preserved like zucchini’s, beets and artichokes. I think their price is expensive in proportion of what we ate. All of the above, €51 with 2 glasses of wine.

02/08/2026: Five stars! We had a delicious meal here. We stayed at the hotel across the street, so it was ideal for us to walk right over. This is also highly recommended for families: our children could choose a pizza of their choice, which was prepared in a special child-sized portion. Perfectly arranged! The restaurant is pleasantly busy and atmospheric, the menu offers a wide selection, and the service is very polite and speaks good English. A small point of constructive criticism: behind us sat a group with a dog that barked loudly every minute, which startled us (and other guests) every time. Especially in combination with an open kitchen, it might be a good idea to reconsider the policy regarding dogs inside. Despite that, an absolute must-visit!

16/08/2026: One of the best experiences that can only be done in this area in the world, which was the truffle hunt! Afterwards the food was amazing as well. We order many wines, olive oils, and balsamic vinegars to be shipped back to the US.

29/05/2026: One of the best Poké currently around in Tuscany. TOP. The owner is extremely kind and welcoming. The cuisine is excellent, including fried foods and appetizers. I go back as often as I can, because it's worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The fried shrimp with almonds are delicious. They offer both dine-in and takeout.

07/08/2026: The restaurant has a slightly retro feel. We chose it after reading the various reviews. We were looking for a place to eat local dishes. We have no comparison criteria, but given our inexperience, we ate really well. The pici alle briciole were fantastic, as was the tagliata with lard and pecorino, and everything else. The menu doesn't have a lot of choice; there are a few dishes per course, but they focus on their own ingredients. The portions are generous. The staff is helpful. The prices are fair. Appetizers are around €10-12, first courses €12-13, and second courses €13-18, depending on your choice, of course. We really enjoyed it and recommend it.
