Entering this restaurant, which works exclusively with local products with great care, is a truly tranquil experience. The space invites you to savor excellent dishes such as Pici dell'Osteria or yogurt with fresh fruit coulis, not forgetting a glass of prosecco accompanied by a warm amuse-bouche. The service is highly professional and respectful of the customer. Enjoying such moments among 16 diners, surrounded by local products for sale, under delicately painted vaulted ceilings, is a delight.

We returned today to celebrate our sixth wedding anniversary. We found our dinner delicious, and the owners were always very kind and welcoming. The prices are fair, considering the quality. In conclusion, one of our favorite restaurants, one we always gladly return to whenever we have the chance.

I'm giving it five stars, but it deserves many more! The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, the service impeccable, attentive without ever being intrusive. Every dish is carefully crafted, from the welcome appetizer to the coffee, in perfect harmony with the Slow Food philosophy. The bill was the final pleasant surprise. It's not the usual tourist traps that are easy to fall into! If you're passing through Chiusi, I highly recommend it.

The service and cuisine were impeccable, with unforgettable pici all'aglione and ossobuco, paired with excellent, expertly recommended wines.
We finished with a selection of cheeses, the result of Tiziana and Stefano's meticulous research into local products. Everything is made with love and expertise, and it's exactly what you get on your plate.
