Siamo capitati per caso in questo carinissimo paese e ci siamo fermati per pranzo in questo locale a gestione familiare. Cibo buono, poca attesa, proprietaria disponibile👍

kleine osteria am ortseingang von roccatederighi. familiär geführt mit vincenzo in der küche und den töchtern im service. hervorragende nudelgerichte (pasta wird immer erst bei bestellung zubereitet), auch die secondi sind immer von hoher qualität. exzellente weinauswahl kleiner, lokaler produzenten. aus gutem grund kommen wir immer wieder ins corso!

09/09/2023: Booked in the afternoon for five, we arrived early and the table was already ready, our dog was also welcome, we ordered two first courses, a Gricio pork steak and a Florentine steak with side dishes. Everything arrived together without too much waiting. When cut, the Florentine steak is It immediately appeared overcooked, I pointed this out to the owner who proceeded, WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINTS, to cook another one of the same weight and it was PERFECT! The desserts to follow were delicious! Courtesy and kindness made us book a table for the following evening too☺️

Fidalma

18/03/2024: Feeling at home, with impeccable service, genuine products, authentic design and a unique atmosphere. Their Burrasca Wine is truly an explosion of flavour. In my 4 day stay I returned 3 times. Fidalma a true journey back in time to the real Tuscany.
17/01/2024: We stayed in the castle of Sorano, I chose the package that included the visit to the cellar - fantastic experience, and dinner (as indicated - tastings of traditional Tuscan cuisine); instead we found anything but tastings - two courses with generous portions of both first and second courses, appetizer, desserts and wines to accompany every meal! You couldn't give up any dish because they were so tasty; very fresh, truly a pleasant surprise. The environment is very welcoming! I recommend it to everyone and I will return next time!
