Guys, go ahead, because you don't know what you're missing.
I was at the B&B above and I ordered a table that, since it was packed from 7:00, was told it would be free for around 8:30, and so it was.
When we sat down (inside), we immediately saw a lot of busy people, and I believe you given the number of people at the tables, but they brought us the menus right away.
The gentleman arrived after a couple of minutes and recommended the strong eggs since he makes them himself, and we trusted him. The delicious appetizer (sliced cheeses and crostini) was excellent and all very tasty, then we moved on to the pici allaglione, delicious and not heavy, but let's also talk about the super Cinta Senese white ragu and the turnip tagliatelle with 4 pecorino cheeses, speck and chopped pistachios, the best...
Not satisfied, we ordered two ossobuco and a peposo, but they were sold out, and since we had half a portion left, they brought them to us on a plate to try anyway with the mashed potatoes, and you can imagine how good they were.
Natural water and house wine, which washed down very well and you can taste it afterwards, as well as the homemade desserts, all excellent.
Last but not least, in addition to the prices that no longer exist anywhere else, can you compare the friendliness and simplicity of the people who make you feel like you've known them all your life and make you say, "I don't want to get up and leave, I want to stay"?
There, my promise is to come back, telling you in advance to get your peposo back as promised.

The food was wonderful and the prices were fair; the chef even recommended the right wine to pair. I'm celiac, but I had no problems eating it. The meat is home-grown, and you can taste it.
We were also lucky enough to meet the elderly owner, who even let us taste the wine he produces.
A great experience, I hope to return!!

A simple yet welcoming restaurant. There were four of us, and we ordered:
- two "Ghiotto" appetizers; the cured meats, cheeses, pickles, and the entire course were of excellent quality and quantity.
- a small cacio e pepe and three fettuccine with Maremmano ragù, both really good.
- four desserts (a millefeuille, two tiramisu, and one Catalana), also very enjoyable.
In short, the restaurant is simple but with the right flavors of Mount Amiata and the Maremma.
The price seemed fair for what we ordered.
Highly recommended.

We liked it a lot, also the fact that the dishes were designed for Christmas lunch, but not with a fixed menu but with a choice of what the customer wants.

The service is a bit slow and the atmosphere a bit noisy, but it's definitely worth it for the quality/price ratio. The menu offers a wide selection, locally sourced meats, generous portions, and very fair prices. Highly recommended!
