Attentive and scrupulous people know how to welcome and follow with grace and competence. Both the service and the food were excellent, both in cooking and presentation.

We had a great time, the first pici with grains of pistachio, artichokes and bacon was excellent, the second cheek in red wine with potato flan was excellent, the sweet tiramisu or the grandmother's cake were very good.

We happened upon it by chance, traveling to Saturnia. A pleasant discovery, nice environment, friendly staff and excellent food. Delicious fried porcini mushrooms, excellent first courses and very good meat.

Molto bene la cucina, sufficiente il servizio, meno la pergolata. Materia prima fresca e di qualità. Piatti cucinati con sapienza e stretta aderenza alla tradizione italiana. Servizo al minimo e ambiente poco confortevole: mangiare all'aperto tra gatti, cane, mosche e zanzare non è il massimo. Mai nessuno che si sia avvicinato a chiedere "come va?" Passiamo ai piatti. - Pinci all'aglione dai sapori freschi e decisi ma sembrava mancare qualcosa. Serviti forse prima del tempo visto che il piatto ustionava. Attenzione al cliente significa anche servire il piatto alla giusta temperatura. - Ravioli al ragù superbi, forse spuntavano un pò di burro ma gli si perdona senza fatica. Consigliati. - Il Brasato di Guancia è il secondo che più mi è piaciuto perché ben cucinato e servito al momento giusto e alla temperatura giusta. La salsa aderiva bene ed era della giusta consistenza e piena di sapore. - Il maialino al girarrosto è invece un piatto sotto tono, privo di sapore come le verdure di stagione che lo accompagnavano.

Perditi nella campagna, scivola nel gusto. Goditi la maremma.
