18/11/2025: The menu offers various meat and seafood dishes, as well as pizzas. For pizzas, you can choose from a variety of doughs, including hemp. The pizzas are good and flavorful, but we weren't thrilled with the desserts. I found the service a bit sloppy, and the place is very noisy.

24/09/2025: Lovely interiors and atmosphere. Great hide-away in the middle of the crowd, and beautiful seating both indoors and outdoors. The service was lovely, headed by Mattia who showed us their bar (in the picture) and really made the experience more personalised - we will for sure be back. In terms of the food, the ingredients were really fresh where you could really taste the quality. Their generousity is also very commendable.

23/09/2025: We had a wonderful evening at Restaurant Irene in Florence. The location on Piazza della Repubblica could not be more perfect, right in the heart of the city. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, with a warm and stylish setting that made our dinner truly special. The service was excellent – attentive, professional, and very friendly, making us feel well cared for throughout the evening. The food was beautifully presented and full of flavor, from the fresh and vibrant starter to the perfectly prepared pasta and risotto. Everything was of outstanding quality. Overall, Irene is the ideal place to enjoy a refined dinner in Florence with great cuisine, impeccable service, and a unique atmosphere. Highly recommended!

03/10/2025: The service is sluggish (2 beers, 2 waters, and 3 chips, about a 40-minute wait). The atmosphere is nice, but the music is ear-splitting. Tomorrow I'll be speechless; I have to shout to speak from a meter away. The prices are high for Signa, but this is the only place I've been to.

23/09/2025: An old-school pub as it should be... Wide selection of beers... Well-seasoned sandwiches... The giant screen in the closed outdoor area makes the difference, a very youthful atmosphere frequented by young people... The generational change is doing well... 💪💪

14/10/2025: Best pizza I’ve had in Italy I’ve been in Italy for 10 days never had pizza that tasty the atmosphere is very friendly the staff super helpful and happy to answer every question….And the best part is that the pizza is heart shaped….Definitely recommend this place!!!

08/11/2025: I eat breakfast often. Good croissants 🥐 decent coffee ☕ (my fault, being Neapolitan, I'm very picky about taste). The only flaw is that I'm used to having a glass of water served with my coffee, which I drink first.

07/12/2025: Excellent pizza with several traditional Neapolitan variations. Service was a bit rushed but punctual. We waited for a table, but it was worth it.

18/11/2025: The kindness of the waitress who served us deserves praise, but not only for the pizza and the interior space. I was hit from behind with the kitchen door at least three or four times, which isn't ideal while eating.

31/10/2025: Yesterday I was having dinner there with friends and had an embarrassing experience, to say the least. On a normal evening, during dessert I took a bite and found a piece of glass in my mouth (they tried to justify it by saying it was plastic, but to me and my fellow diners it looked like glass, but in any case the fact remains), to which they tried to justify themselves by saying these things happen, nothing more. Faced with my shock, they didn't even offer to buy me dinner (the bare minimum on such an occasion), but instead said the price of dessert had been deducted (an insufficient gesture, especially after a few poorly formulated excuses), which was also unbelievable, given that my fellow diners and I actually paid more than others at our table who had left early and paid first. Dismayed and disappointed.

08/06/2025: It has been my favorite ice cream shop for years! The quality of the ice creams is unique because the raw materials used for each flavor are unique! Another important characteristic of this ice cream shop is that it does not rely on classic and more traditional flavors but, alongside these flavors, new ones are periodically created! An ice cream shop that you absolutely must try, you will not regret it!!!!

13/10/2025: Unfortunately, they gave us a disabled room without notifying us, an unforgivable mistake. I didn't ask for a room change since it was only one night. I should point out that it wasn't the room that didn't meet my expectations, but the bathroom. However, I greatly appreciated the welcome and breakfast, as well as the location. I also greatly appreciate your kind, polite, and constructive response. Thank you.

12/10/2025: This hotel was very perfectly Tuscany hills. When you arrived, driving up the road to see this place perched on top, it’s breathtaking. The property is very well taken care of, the staff are nice, welcoming and friendly. The breakfast options are good, and the dinning room is next level, looking out over the hills. Unfortunately we missed the pool weather, but we did sit out next to the pool and truly enjoyed the relaxing nature. The room was nice, basic but everything you need. We chose the lowest tier room, because we planned going out every day and not spending much time in, and it was perfect. If we did choose to stay we would have considered the rooms with jacuzzi tubs. We did dinner one night and really enjoyed our meal and the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is great, 40 minutes from Florence and very drivable to the locations we wanted to visits. During this trip we went to Pisa, San Gimignano, Civita di Bagnoregio, Siena and more. Great resort, highly recommend!

26/07/2025: Estábamos almorzando, pedí un sándwich en otro restaurante, pero mi marido pidió un sándwich en este y aún así compré una coca. Al sentarse a la mesa, la dueña nos echó diciendo que no podía comer otra comida que no fuera de su restaurante. IT vale la pena recordar que tanto mi marido como yo compramos algo en el restaurante. ¡Falta de respeto, nunca volveré!
