03/12/2025: What a wonderful place to find with the friendliest people and plenty of gluten-free and vegan options. Definitely a most go especially if you want organic food.

30/11/2025: Food great. Staff superb, administrator was very attentive to all requests, served our and other three tables. My daughter vegetarian keeps saying it was the best meal in whole trip around Italy. Seemed a big challenge to find something that awesome in all-about-t-bone-steak and all-kinds-of-touristic-crap Florence. But we were extremely glad we did. Personally, focaccia is the top choice. Risotto and eggs could be more flavoured, but those are taste differences. Amazing value for money. We are coming back

31/10/2025: I liked it. I usually go to another ice cream shop in the area, but these are also a good alternative. The only thing I found was a grain of hard rice in my gelato, so I hope it was an oversight that day. Friendly staff.

24/11/2025: The day before my last day in Florence, I stopped by a Korean restaurant because I was craving Korean food. The owner and staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and it was a great place to chat and eat. I was so happy I forgot to take pictures, so I don't have any. 🤣

23/11/2025: The ambiance and service were excellent. I found the fried dish too greasy. The sweet potato spaghetti with vegetables was very tasty, but there was a lot of pasta in a kind of soup and not enough vegetables. At €32 including tea and cover charge, I think that's a lot.

02/12/2025: This Gelateria hit the spot, especially late in the evening when the piazza quiets down. The mango and lemon scoops were bright, clean, and refreshing, exactly the kind of flavors that cut through a heavy Tuscan dinner and make the walk back feel lighter. The texture was smooth without being overly sugary, and the fruit tasted real rather than artificial. Plenty of classic and creative options in the case, but the sorbetti here stand out. A reliable stop steps away from the basilica, perfect for ending the night on something cold and honestly delicious.

21/09/2025: If you work with the public, you also have to behave appropriately. When I called for takeout pizzas, the girl on the other end was very arrogant. I asked for a red-bottomed pizza because I can't eat mozzarella. When my husband got home, my pizza had a margherita base, so I basically didn't eat it. It was also burnt underneath. Never again.

09/11/2025: We had the pleasure of enjoying afternoon tea at the Four Seasons Hotel in Florence; an experience so delightful that we returned the very next day. The setting is breathtaking, the atmosphere refined yet welcoming, and the tea simply the best we’ve ever had. We also enjoyed an Espresso Martini , without a doubt, the finest we’ve ever tasted. A heartfelt thank you to Antonio and the wonderful team at the Atrium Bar for their warm hospitality and impeccable service.

06/10/2025: We were at Atrium Bar for tea and had a wonderful, peaceful experience. The space is elegant and calm, with beautiful design and a serene atmosphere inside the Four Seasons Florence. The tea selection was excellent, served with care and accompanied by delicate pastries. It felt luxurious yet welcoming, with attentive and professional service. It’s an ideal spot to take a quiet break from the busy city. While on the expensive side, the experience, setting, and service make it worthwhile. A refined and relaxing afternoon treat.

04/12/2025: I’ve been studying here for a few months and this was definitely one of my favorite meals I’ve had in Florence. I had the tortellini with avocado and pomegranate and tiramisu. It was some of the best I’ve had in months. The servers were also super friendly and it’s a cute restaurant!

Vast selection of alcohol (to-go option available) Mos def superior customer service. Side bar dedicated to American Sports. Jada is THE coolest. Quite knowledgeable. Fluent, flawless English. Willing to hip you to inside info regarding all aspects of Florence, Italy, local places of interest & culture. She’s a great hang. This joint is a required experience in Florence. 350 ‘college’ shots. Bar has unique personality. Classic rock provides atmosphere. All demographics roll through. Get there soon before Jada bounces. She’s destined for success in life. 15 minute or less walk from most of Florence. Go Ducks 🦆

05/12/2025: Excellent dishes!! As per Tuscan tradition, we had a great time.

01/12/2025: We are three friends from Versilia who were visiting the Christmas markets in Empoli on Sunday by train. We happened upon this trattoria by chance, enticed by the simple Tuscan dishes. Even though we didn't have a reservation, they welcomed us warmly and found us a table. We ate excellently prepared traditional dishes in a simple but warm and clean setting. From appetizer to dessert, everything was delicious, and the price was excellent! We'll definitely be back... thank you.

23/07/2025: A very nice place to spend an evening with excellent live music. The manager is very kind and helpful. As for food, there isn't much choice, but as they say, "little but good." Recommended!!!

07/07/2025: Beautiful bar, wide selection of Cocktails. The waiter was super competent and prepared me a non-alcoholic cocktail ad hoc. Super service!

18/10/2025: I ordered a bag (actually two) from Too Good to Go. The products are definitely good quality, nothing like the supermarket ones. I'll try to be a real customer sometime, even though it's a bit out of the way for me, since I don't live in Empoli.
