I don't understand the negative reviews. Service is always kinda meh to English speaking people in Italian cafes. Coffee is good, pastries are good. Gelato is good. Learn Italian, or expect some annoyed service. Also a really good looking spot. Spacious and nice.

Rude staff. I asked for prices at the cashier, and the girl on the 7:00 PM shift on October 19th responded in a sour tone, "Hey! We're expensive!"

The fish ice cream was one of the best I had on my trip to Italy. Paying at the register could be confusing. It would be nice to have some tables for eating in.

I can’t speak for anything else they offer but their gelato is the best we had in Florence and we went to over 10 other spots. The white chocolate pistacchio was stupidly good

11/05/2026: A nice dinner away from the busy center area. Short little walk back to our airb&b. Nice to have a lovely place on the outskirts.
06/04/2026: One of my favourite places to eat in Florence. Cozy, intimate, warm, calm and tasteful along with with greatly cooked food.
