06/06/2024: Ristorante con una cucina davvero notevole, piacevolmente arredato, piatti tradizionalmente sinceri. Porzioni abbondanti, servizio ottimo, gentilissimi. Rapporto qualità/prezzo più che giusto. Sinceramente ci torneremo

05/05/2024: Despite several celebrations and a full restaurant, we were warmly welcomed and a table was found for us. Even though it was very busy, the service was attentive and friendly. The pasta was extremely tasty and we were given a plate of various grilled specialties (chicken, ribs, salsiccia, minced meat), which all tasted great. The fried vegetables were also very tasty. We really enjoyed eating here and will come back when we are in the area.

29/07/2024: Given that the heat predominated, hot water and wine without glassettes or ice, scallops of the day heated in the microwave...waited 25 minutes, paccheri with octopus requested al dente (another 30 minutes)..... terrifying..... super cooked and inedible, asked for fried squid only...only tufts of octopus and fried vegetables present.....to forget....all left on the plates.....

07/07/2024: Siamo stati Invitati dai nostri amici a cenare in questo ristorante. Non pensavamo che in un paesino così piccolo , si potesse trovare un locale così colmo di forti sensazioni . Il gusto dei piatti ti fa rivivere delle belle emozioni . Il personale è competente e mai invadente . La location è da 10 : abbiamo assistito ad un tramonto spettacolare !! I proprietari sono di una gentilezza e cortesia unici . Ci hanno raccontato la loro storia e ci siamo anche commossi ! Grazie di tutto e grazie ai nostri amici . A presto

07/08/2024: Excellent quality ice cream in the center at a reasonable price...Stefano and Giorgia who served us were courteous and extremely helpful, even letting us taste flavors we weren't familiar with and guiding us in our choice :)

06/08/2024: The service really isn't up to scratch, it's a bit like working in a factory, especially for a woman who works there and obviously doesn't know anything about hospitality and customer service. A little reminder: not smiling and speaking coldly doesn't increase your salary.

07/06/2024: If I happen to have lunch out and I'm in the area, I make a regular stop at Marcello's on Fridays for fish, dishes as good as homemade at low prices.

05/05/2024: We arrived there by chance, pleasantly surprised by the kindness and friendliness of the owner and staff. Even though it was already afternoon, we found a vast assortment of both sweet (excellent) and savory (we didn't have the pleasure of trying it). The coffee is really excellent. The environment is bright and well organised, very nice. Ample parking right in front of the venue. I recommend a stop (even for an aperitif) if you pass through those parts

13/08/2024: Very good pizza and still at an acceptable price for the center of Florence. I appreciated the desserts less and sometimes the service is a bit slow due to the number of customers...reservations are necessary because the place is often packed...deservedly so!

19/08/2024: Fortunately we managed to have dinner in this place which is always full, the owner managed to find us a table, an exceptional mixed starter, then to follow I had the grilled cuttlefish, very soft and well presented... fair prices for the food of quality… I recommend

05/09/2024: ...lovely ice cream and excellent service ...we bought an ice cream and went out to eat it, my child dropped it by accident - went in to buy another one and when the lady behind the counter realised she'd dropped her original ice-cream, she didn't even let us pay for the new one ...this was a lovely gesture which warmed my heart and made my child very happy that we have such nice people in the world!

25/08/2024: I stayed at a hotel across the park, so this was my go-to gelato place. They have a variety of delicious flavors and the workers are super fun. By the third time I went to the gelateria, when he went to hand me my gelato, he stuck it under where there was glass (but I didn't think that through) so I hit my hand against the glass. We all had a good laugh. Anyway, this place is also centrally located so you have a fantastic view of the basilica.

02/09/2024: I will definitely never go to this restaurant again! The staff's response is the worst. As other people have written in their reviews, we decide the priority of customers based on our convenience, not the order in which they arrive. When we told them we wanted to order, they told us for no reason that they would take our order later, giving priority to a group of Italians who came later than us. When I finally came to take my order 15 minutes after calling, I was told that they were currently taking a lot of orders and would only accept drink orders for now. I said I'd like to order before the people who just ordered... But I'm sorry, but I'm so busy right now. That's what he said. At this point, 20 minutes had passed since I entered the store. I went home disappointed. There was no proper apology until the end. Will definitely not be revisiting. There are several other Korean restaurants in Florence, so I didn't think there was any need to be prepared for an unpleasant experience.

I went there late evening on Tuesday and the staff asked to wait in the lobby until they prepared a new table for us which we were fine but it turned out to be over 30 mins wait. While waiting we asked for menu but they refused. We were a bit confused but at this point it was too late to go to other restaurant so we decided to wait. After a long wait, we tried to order as soon as we sat down but the server ignored for 15 mins and then said they are able to take one drink only. We were so mad and I asked the server if he knows it is too late to go any other restaurant for dinner and he shrugged. I noticed there are a lot of reviews about the poor service and I didn't see any appology from the staff. They rather have their back up and that explains why the service never improves. While waiting we asked for a menu, but they refused. We were a little confused, but at this point it was too late to go to another restaurant, so we decided to wait. We were so angry and I asked the waiter if he knew that it's too late to go to any other restaurant for dinner and he shrugged his shoulders.
