Incredible steak! I see the hype! That being said, this did not live up to the hype my sister set. I had the classic filet covered in blueberry sauce, it was divine! Easily the one of the tastiest filets I’ve ever eaten. That being said, the sauce was quite underwhelming in flavor intensity, it was more of a sweet red wine steak sauce with the hint of blueberries. It helps that they smother the steak in the sauce, and I watched them cook ours from start to finish. The steaks start out in the pan, and once seared adequately, the sauce is added, and reduced down with a heavy flambé. I’d argue the sauce is still lacking intensity after being cooked down. I ate the 8 ounce portion in a few bites, and had to order a sirloin portion to properly fill myself. I’m 140 pounds at 5’ 7”… That being said, the sirloin was incredible! Arguably more flavorful than the filet, even with its sauce. True shame they wouldn’t put the sauce on this sirloin in similar fashion, likely because that would simply defeat their ability to profit off an otherwise flavorless cut of filet. True masterpiece though in taking the beautifully tender filet and giving it a wonderful symphony of flavors, even if it left me aching for more bites and intensity. Would come back, the staff were quite kind and it was beyond cool watching the kitchen prepare our food from the tv downstairs. Just be sure to make a reservation!

A decent steakhouse The atmosphere was nice since I went at night. Ordered Balsamic Steak & Blueberry Steak. The meat was tender, and it was good that I could taste a unique steak with sauce on top! The balsamic was tastier! I savored the flavor to see where I'd tasted it before, and it was that sauce that sticks to the bottom of the pan when you keep boiling marinated short ribs. The strawberry wine tasted like grape juice mixed with carbonation. As for the service, there was a missed order, and overall, it felt a bit sullen. It is a restaurant geared more toward tourists than locals.

Not very refined, a bit like (good) cafeteria food.

As good as 9 year ago I had ever been

This is the place I wanted to try the most ever since I started planning my trip to Florence. I went for dinner without a reservation and couldn't get a table ㅠㅠ, and since they were closed for dinner the next day, I ended up eating during the day the day after that haha. First, I ordered the Balsamic Steak and Blueberry Steak, which were my top choices. I couldn't really tell what to order from the menu, so I just showed them a picture hahaha. It was just as delicious as I expected! Personally, I liked the Blueberry one better, but my husband said they both have their own charms, though the Balsamic was more his style haha. The Blueberry is a bit sweet, while the Balsamic isn't sweet at all haha. The meat was super tender too! It's the best place I ate in Florence hahaha. Oh! The strawberry wine isn't optional, it's a must hahaha. It's so delicious!!!!!

This place is a gem such delicious steak topped with a in house blueberries sauce and the salads are so so so good. I am so glad we were able to get a reservation when we went to Florence to try this place out it is definitely worth it.

It's the best restaurant I've ever had. I returned after nine years, and I came all the way to Florence just for this meal. During that time, I made at least 1,000 reservations for my clients, and once again, I confirmed that my taste buds are never wrong.

We visited this restaurant in Florence for our honeymoon after making a reservation, but we were disappointed to be seated in the basement even though there were tables available upstairs. While other tables were served their orders immediately, it took us a very long time to place our order, and drinks like wine took a considerable amount of time to arrive. We also ordered water along with our wine, but it didn't come out, so we ended up not being able to drink it. Even though we wanted to tell the staff that the water hadn't arrived, they rarely came downstairs, and even when they did, they would serve other tables and leave immediately, leaving us no opportunity to speak up. Of course, this wasn't included in the final bill, but I think this aspect of service needs improvement. Both dishes tasted good, but personally, the balsamic steak suited my taste better. It gets very crowded, so if you plan to visit, making a reservation in advance is essential.

Our honeymoon in Italy was truly beautiful. We had a pasta tasting, strawberry wine, Greek salad with balsamic vinegar, and a steak. Everything was delicious, and the experience was truly joyful.

Excellent service, perhaps the only place in Florence open after 11:00 PM, friendly staff, excellent ingredients, and excellent cuisine. A well-deserved 5 stars!
