08/08/2025: Let me start by saying I'm only reviewing the restaurant. I'd like to be great, but I can't. It pretends to be a high-end restaurant with a low-quality, banal offering and inattentive, imprecise service. All talk and no action. I won't be returning.

12/07/2025: Durante un reciente viaje a Florencia con mi familia, tuvimos el placer de descubrir Il Santino, un acogedor y elegante bar de vinos que rápidamente se convirtió en una de nuestras paradas favoritas. Aunque pequeño en tamaño, Il Santino ofrece gran ambiente y calidad. El interior es cálido e íntimo, con un ambiente relajado y agradable que te hará sentir instantáneamente como en casa. Está claro que este lugar es amado tanto por los lugareños como por los viajeros. La selección de vinos es excelente, centrada en vinos Italiano y especialmente toscanos, con opciones para todos los paladares. El personal fue amable, conocedor y feliz de ayudarnos a guiarnos a través de sus ofertas. Cada vino que probamos fue excelente, con maridajes bien pensados sugeridos en todo momento. Lo que realmente nos impresionó fue la comida del bar. Mucho más que una nota al margen, los platos pequeños eran deliciosos y estaban bellamente preparados. Desde carnes curadas y quesos hasta bocados de temporada, todo era fresco y lleno de sabor, perfecto para acompañar los vinos. Il Santino es el tipo de lugar al que puedes ir a tomar una copa rápida y terminar pasando la noche allí. Ya sea que seas un amante del vino o simplemente estés buscando un lugar local especial en Florencia, esta pequeña joya definitivamente vale la pena una visita.

06/04/2025: Ottima cucina con possibilità di asporto o di consumazione sul posto. Menù variegato, per tutti i gusti. Buoni i vini. Occorre munirsi di pazienza perché al bancone sono solo in due, una per la preparazione delle pietanze e l’altra per il servizio. Nei weekend è preso d’assalto e il tutto si traduce in tempi di attesa un po’ esasperati. Consigliato comunque per la cortesia e la qualità offerta!

06/09/2025: The bread was crunchy and airy but not tough. It was perfecto!! You kind of build your own sandwich but they will hold your hand if needed. Delish, would highly recommend.

05/09/2025: Fresh bread and toppings, with a choice of all ingredients: bread, cheese, meats, vegetables, and sauces. Fast and friendly service. Beautiful views. Highly recommended.

15/07/2025: Very good food but the service needs serious review. The €3 tip per person isn't indicated on the menu, but it's a legal requirement. We were rushed to order upon arrival, then they tried to force us to tip via the machine. We didn't leave it because we didn't appreciate the service (which was very rushed), and the server allowed himself to sulk without even a goodbye. As someone who works in the industry myself, I find this kind of practice completely unacceptable. Service is an integral part of the experience. Here, he ruins it.

30/08/2025: Excellent Florentine steak, kind and friendly service

03/08/2025: A small restaurant not far from the city center with a traditional atmosphere. We ordered a mixed cured meats appetizer and a Florentine steak paired with an excellent Chianti, both exceptional. The staff was helpful, friendly, and approachable. A great experience, definitely worth repeating on our next visit to Florence!

19/02/2025: My favorite café. The girls know how to treat people, making customers feel at home. Incredible homemade pastries with a huge selection (vegetarian, vegan, etc.), filled to perfection and served with a smile. Impeccable coffee skills with creative expressions on cappuccinos, coffees, etc. For me, there's no better café.

05/09/2025: My friend and I went to this bar. We were having an OK time until I spotted a SIGNED Gadsden Flag ("Don't Tread On Me") on the ceiling. Disgusting. This flag has been flown alongside the confederate flag and at the January 6th raid. It is a racist, MAGA, American Republican symbol. Shame on them for keeping it up and for flying something so heinous. Pathetic.

03/09/2025: Fun bar to go day drinking at, turns into a college crowd/more of a club by night! Staff was very friendly, beer was good, wings and apps were great and super reasonably priced. Lots of TVs to watch sports!

19/08/2025: At 10 in the morning they didn't make me any sandwiches to continue my journey. They told me they didn't have any bread yet, if that's true, fine. If not, they've changed their clientele. Bye.
