The pasta is made with stone-ground flour and sourdough and is very digestible. Above you will find all the refined and quality things, to be clear, not the cooked ham made from the pressed shoulder but the good good one!!! 😋

A magical place. Kudos to the owner, he's a truly wonderful person. Kind and courteous, as are all his employees. Fantastic pizza, and truly delicious olive oil. For dessert, we had a calzone. Simple but truly excellent. Highly recommended 💯✌️
