Wonderful family-owned focacceria and panineira with super friendly service and warm vibes - with incredible authentic Toscany food outside the main areas in Firenze. The papardelle with wild boar was absolutely superb, along with the bean crostinis. Also ordered the affettati misti e formaggio, with was also amazing, tender and full of flavour. Da Quei Ragazzi translates to: "From the guys/boys", and it truly does feel from the heart! Definitely a place to check out off the beaten path! Fully recommend!

I am Korean. I work in the wine import and tourism industries in Korea, and I have been to many Italian restaurants. Da quei ragazzi You absolutely must go here. Don't go to some strange place; make sure to visit here to enjoy delicious Italian food and wine. The seasoning is perfect, too. Grazie a voi Complimenti

We really enjoyed it. The restaurant offers typical Italian and Tuscan dishes at an excellent value. The staff is very friendly, and the portions are generous. The atmosphere is welcoming and informal, perfect for both a leisurely lunch or an after-work break. Recommended 👍 PS: STILL ENJOYING IT 😂😂😂

It's a fantastic place. I definitely had the best pasta I've ever had here. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful meal despite the late hour. You should definitely try this place. Their ice cream is also amazing.

Absolutely recommended! A family-run trattoria, very traditional, just as it should be, fantastic food, especially the appetizer if you're very hungry. Such typical Tuscan cuisine and sooooooo delicious! The price-performance ratio is absolutely top-notch, the service is excellent, and the food arrived promptly... truly a must-try. Thank you so much for the wonderful food and service; we had a perfect ending to our time in Florence. Katti and Marco

I've been to those guys, I've been following them for a while, and finally I made up my mind. A 10/10 welcome. I chose one of the dishes of the day, pici with rabbit sauce. After many years, I had returned home (homemade picio and a sauce that wasn't enough bread to mop up), but I also wanted to try Maccio's famous carbonara, and nothing, just applause. A carbonara like that was pure spectacle. A sincere compliment to all the staff.

12/06/2026: On my trip to Florence, I'd say this restaurant was my favorite. The pasta was incredibly good, spectacular. The dessert was also amazing; the tiramisu was a 10/10. My only complaint was the waiter who showed me to my table. He wasn't very friendly, but the food was so good that in the end, I didn't care whether he was nice or not.

I hadn't been back in years, perhaps because of the natural skepticism I have for places "too central," but I had to change my mind and really enjoyed it. We tried two simple pizzas, a Margherita and a salami, and they were truly delicious. Low-fat, crispy, and flavorful... ideal for those seeking this style and preferring to avoid the overly pronounced crusts found at other pizzerias in the city center. The space is spacious, so you can hear a bit of conversation, but the tables with high-backed wooden benches create niches, giving you a bit of privacy; it's comfortable. Special mention goes to the staff. The staff is friendly, approachable, and well-organized. The welcome is warm and friendly. Peering around the nearby tables, I saw some truly inviting fresh pasta dishes (made in-house)—a great alternative for those who prefer traditional cuisine. The tiramisu also seems to be a sure thing: a great reason to come back. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. It's a solid, no-frills choice. If you're downtown and want to play it safe and eat a good pizza without feeling like a tourist who needs ripping off, this is the place to be. I personally will be back.

30/05/2026: A very welcoming place, located in a charming corner of town. It's a must-visit every time we travel south from Milan. The crostoni are truly excellent, especially the one with vegetables and brie, a must-try. The fresh pasta is also excellent, carefully prepared and very tasty. Special praise goes to the staff, always kind, friendly, and attentive.
26/05/2026: Cozy and pleasant restaurant with very friendly staff. All the pasta was homemade, and you could taste it! A very authentic flavor, delicious! I highly recommend eating here!
