03/12/2025: Terribly exorbitant prices, definitely exploiting tourists within the square, and terrible service. The waiter didn’t speak a word to us when serving food or drinks because we refused a bottle of water. Coperto (cover charge) of 4.5eu when already charging double what most restaurants charge is ridiculous. We ordered the lasagne which was already 13.5 yet still cheapest pasta by far and it came out cold in the middle, clearly the microwave needs some renovating …

30/11/2025: Amin was an epic server, food was out super quick, the vibes were immaculate. Make sure you get down to this spot. A1 calibre vibes.

21/10/2025: Totally disgusting. I had placed an order on Glovo for two different Ben & Jerry's ice creams. They called me to tell me one flavor was missing, so I told them I wanted to cancel the order entirely. They told me the only way was to contact Glovo directly and that they would put the order on hold in the meantime. While I was chatting with Glovo, the courier called me and said they were at my house, so of course I sent it back to sender. Basically, they sent the order incomplete without my authorization, and it's their fault I wasted 40 minutes with Glovo trying to get a refund. And the best part is they blamed the courier for not verifying the order was complete—crazy!! If the order is incomplete, it's ONLY your fault, not the delivery person's!!! STAY AWAY!!!

31/07/2025: The pig intestines are delicious, you must come here! The fruit is so delicious, the pizza and paper are very thick 👍🏼👍🏼 Very stuffed with bean curd oil, and they also allow dine-in. I am very lucky to find this restaurant, eat Lege Jimo!

29/11/2025: Very good, I had the vegan burger and it was delicious! The atmosphere is also nice, highly recommended!

08/10/2025: Today I took my Swiss relatives for a walk in San Niccolò, taking advantage of the beautiful day. We stopped to eat here and had two pizzas and a lasagna. Honestly, as an Italian and Florentine by adoption, I am deeply ashamed when things like this happen. The food is simply awful, the pizzas are below the level of what you find in vending machines. The service could have saved the situation, at least in part, but it was characterized by a total lack of politeness. BY THE WAY, 14 EURO PIZZAS!!!! What can I say? I hope these places that scam tourists disappear sooner or later. Please don't go eat here!

08/08/2025: A terrible experience every time we went there, the barmaids/cashiers look at you badly, they never say hello, they are truly rude in an absolute way, they even talk back to you and this every time we went there, the only person who seems decent is the gentleman behind the counter who is very kind! It's a shame about the bar and if it's put in the wrong hands, you can see that the staff really doesn't want to be there!!!! My friends and I won't go there anymore, it's a shame because it was a convenient place to have breakfast and get services, it will definitely close if it continues like this, no one will go there anymore!

14/09/2025: Fast and courteous service. Considering the limited staff, I have to say they're excellent and efficient at any time. Unfortunately, the downside is the quality of the food: not the taste itself, but the content. The falafel wrap is under-portioned, not very salty, and almost tasteless. The fries are limp, with the possibility of finding some green ones... In short, the service is guaranteed, but the taste is less so. Good, but not great. Thanks.

18/08/2025: A surefire stop for late-night cravings. The meat is fresh and delicious, the toppings are varied and always fresh, and there's always a vegetarian option for kebabs, falafel, and more. The beer prices are the best in the area.

03/12/2025: Bad service stale pastries, they were hard and obviously stale but when I told the staff serving, she swore it was today's I told the cashier she said it was today's like a mantra kept repeating its today's without tasting or offering an alternative no respect for the customers. When I say it's stale it is stale, I'm the one eating it!!! €10 euros for 2 espresso & 2 stale pieces of sponge with castor sugar on top standing at the bar area. Never again The worst service and the worst pastries. Quality very bad I do not advise anyone to eat here overpriced and poor quality food. Very 😞 disappointed

21/11/2025: The bread is hard and not great, but the intestines are soft and delicious. It would be good to just order the boiled pork. 25 euros. The intestine burger is 8 euros.

04/10/2025: I couldn't eat the tripe burger at the market because it was late, but when I tried it here for the first time, it had no gamey smell and was so delicious!

13/06/2025: C'est dur à Florence, ville "surtourismée", de trouver des endroits à recommander (d'ailleurs je n'écrirai pas d'avis sur notre hôtel...) Le Cibreo caffè en est un... Terrasse agréable, salle très chouette, bons vins, bons petits plats, service aimable.

11/06/2025: En general, restaurante sobrevalorado y fue un fracaso. Comimos una noche para cenar. Quería probar las 25 mejores pastas, lo cual fue súper decepcionante. Imagínate la cena Kraft (Mac y queso, de Kraft) y así es como se sabe. tarta de queso también sobrevalorada. El servicio era mínimo en el mejor de los casos. Fuimos ignorados la mayor parte de nuestra comida y tuvimos que pedir cosas repetidamente. En nuestro viaje de 11 días a la Toscana esta fue nuestra comida más decepcionante.

08/06/2025: All the staff were friendly except the man on the night shift recently who had a really bad attitude and was very lazy. Wouldn't even bring you a bottle of water

01/11/2025: Don't go. That guy said I paid 10 euros so I could only sit for 10 minutes. Hahaha. When I asked if he should have told me in advance, he said that's the case everywhere and slapped me on the shoulder. I felt so bad. And while traveling, I've never seen a cafe or restaurant that charges 1 euro for 1 minute. This cafe is ruining the image of the country.

31/10/2025: we sat at the table tired after the climb we spent literally a minute looking at the menu and the bartender told the waitress in italian "what's taking them so long to order" in a rude way and italian dialect, thinking we wouldn't understand, prices dont match the ones in google maps, dirty bathrooms but they let us use them for free, usually cost 1 euro.

22/09/2025: Paid for an espresso but was told I couldn’t sit down with it… had to stand to drink my espresso when all but one table was taken. Bizarre!

16/09/2025: Terrible!! They forbade us from playing a game of UNO while we were drinking our coffees.

22/11/2025: The food is very delicious. I have already eaten here 2 days in a row to try a little bit of everything. I highly recommend it. I took the food to go. The service was very friendly. The price is also good for Florence.

21/11/2025: The place is nice, shame about everything else. I ordered a small piece of pizza and decided to eat it there. The lady I asked to sit down told me to go sit at the "tables at the back." So I walked down the aisle and sat down in one of the empty seats. Suddenly, a waiter, rude and in a loud voice, pointed out that I shouldn't have sat there and quickly shooed me away (all this in front of all the other customers). Considering that a small piece of pizza (nothing special, by the way) and a small bottle of water cost €7.50, I expect at least a little politeness when dealing with a customer. This will be my first and last time in this place.

31/10/2025: When you sign up, they make a lot of promises about the services, given the high price, but it's like the cheaper gyms: the Wi-Fi doesn't work, the gym is hot and smelly because the air conditioning is turned off and the windows are closed, and the promised gifts never arrive. At the end of the contract, we'll sign up elsewhere for less.

14/07/2025: A heartfelt thank you to the Esseclub staff for giving me the best unexpected gift: a FREE day at the wellness center (sauna, whirlpool, Turkish bath... + pool) for my birthday! I'll definitely be back in the winter! See you soon!

02/11/2025: The food is clearly like all Burger Kings, the service is adequate, but I didn't like the location... and you can't sweep the room while you're eating, raising dust.

31/10/2025: Arrived home and found an empty sandwich!!!!!
