25/12/2025: The food is getting worse and worse, the service is terrible, and it's very expensive with awful dishes.

08/12/2025: The food...less than zero. The service and atmosphere are even worse...the worst Chinese restaurant in Europe...A disaster...avoid...close it down and tear it down...

04/04/2026: We were waiting 20 minutes for water and a glass of wine - they forgot, it could happen. But the food they brought was disaster. "Carbonara" were actually a scrumbled eggs and some ham. Pasta itself was totally overcooked. We had to ask them for a change. They prepared it once again and it was better but no guancialle in carbonara but at least it was creamy and not overcooked. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. It is a tourist trap.

04/04/2026: You're lured into the restaurant with a very friendly attitude, but under false pretenses. The menus shown on the notice board outside looked completely different in reality. Even the fries and salad were awful. The fries were incredibly soggy, and a tiny portion cost €8!!!!?! The meat was like shoe leather, and the salad was partly rotten and, I'm pretty sure, unwashed. Not to mention the general cleanliness 🫣. Mayonnaise was served in small dipping dishes and looked like it was left over from the previous customer.... It's a shame you can't upload photos here. The price-performance ratio was completely off. The following evening, we ate at another restaurant for the same price and had a much more luxurious and sophisticated meal in comparison. I consider this place a typical tourist trap. I would never go there again!

06/11/2025: Good pizza, friendly staff, the music from the square slightly interferes with the indoor playlist but it was nice.

19/07/2025: Leaving aside the pizza, which isn't the worst I've ever eaten, but it's close, I ordered at 7:55 PM and the two pizzas arrived at 9:15 PM (I live really close by). But it didn't end there: the delivery man, after delivering the pizzas, complained that he'd have to ring the doorbell again so I could reopen the gate for him on his way out, exclaiming, "What a shitty place!" and walking away annoyed. I was shocked.

04/04/2026: The staff was awful—especially the Asian waitress and the dark-skinned waiter. The Asian woman practically told us to our faces when we said we weren't ready yet. The only pleasant and helpful person was the Indian woman (maybe). The rest were bearable. Their saving grace is the location!

03/04/2026: Largely good, came in at a non-busy time and seems like people steer clear because of ratings. High priced for Italy for sure, but average for most city or city-adjacent Americans (aka majority of tourists). The lasagna was very good and definitely the one thing you should order, don't really go for anything else unless reviews thumbs it up. Service is very good and accommodating, didn't feel like I wasn't wanted in the restaurant like some fully Italian-owned places.

28/10/2025: We went to this restaurant with about twenty people for a business dinner and had a truly wonderful time! The food was excellent, high-quality, and generous portions—we ate a lot, and everything was carefully crafted in flavor and presentation. The prices aren't the cheapest, but for a restaurant of this caliber, they're absolutely appropriate for the quality. We arrived quite late, but the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, waiting for us to finish our meal even though it was past closing time. We were very happy with everything, from the welcome to the food. Highly recommended! 🍷🍖

12/10/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant on Saturday. It's a very nice and quaint place, but alas, my experience wasn't as good. First of all, the staff's hospitality was terrible; we felt like outcasts, treated like aliens. As for the food, I come from the homeland of porcini mushrooms, and their pasta with porcini mushrooms had nothing but mushroom cream. The Florentine steak was very difficult to cut, so it wasn't tender and juicy, but very rubbery. I definitely won't be returning!

16/10/2025: We've been here twice. The first time, we had a few beers, which, given the product, were no problem, two Peroni beers. But we left with a strange feeling, because after sitting on the terrace, where there were about six empty tables, a waiter, the black one, started "clearing" a table next to us. Between the looks he was giving us, the way he was arranging the chairs, forcefully and making gestures as if something bothered him... We sensed it was because one of us is homosexual and, due to his culture or lack of intelligence, he was intolerant. The second time, we walked in without realizing it was this same bar, until we accidentally ordered. When it was time to order, the waitress didn't understand anything. We ordered a latte and an espresso macciato. She went and asked us to see if we could get both large... Look, ma'am, an espresso macciato is a traditional coffee and is served in a small glass, and we had ordered a medium latte. It's worth noting that when we ordered, the same waitress said something to her colleagues, obviously talking about us as if we were ignorant and didn't understand. I don't care what she said, but for a 50-year-old, she's been taught very little respect over her long life. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.

23/02/2026: It was nice, inside smells like Your Turn by Billie Eilish. The food was burnt at first though, but it they made us new food. I went here in 2023

27/01/2026: Unpleasant place, with rude and impolite staff, and a lot of "what-what" that I'd gladly ignore, and go elsewhere. And all for a sandwich... Definitely not for me! And perhaps for many others too.

19/02/2026: Poor quality and customer service that could be improved. By far the worst place I've been to in Florence. Tip: just a few meters away is Florence's most famous sandwich shop, and you'll eat much better. I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero.

22/11/2025: The food is very delicious. I have already eaten here 2 days in a row to try a little bit of everything. I highly recommend it. I took the food to go. The service was very friendly. The price is also good for Florence.

03/02/2026: I've never ordered such bad food, honestly. The driver was punctual and friendly, that was the only good thing. The pizza tasted awful, the burger was disgusting, the mozzarella balls were cold and wet, and the potato wedges were cold.

28/12/2025: Seriously, this was the worst food delivery I've ever received. I ordered pasta with Bolognese sauce. At first, I was even pleasantly surprised by their Lieferando website because the pictures didn't look like typical fakes, but rather like the actual food they were selling. Then the food arrived, and I was so shocked I almost soiled myself. Ice-cold, frozen pasta that not only tasted awful but also seemed like it hadn't even been microwaved long enough because some of it was still hard. As the Big Tasty tester would say... it had nothing to do with Bolognese sauce.

14/06/2025: The croissants were stale and the coffee had a burnt flavor. Disappointed.

11/06/2025: Great place, perfect for some frozen lemon and rum slushies – 10/10. Great music and top-notch service.

04/12/2025: I go there often, but this time, they won't see me again. I stopped for something hot and opted for a plain hot chocolate. I was a little disappointed when they charged me €7.50 at the cashier, especially since I'd ordered it at the counter and not at a table. Next time, they'll see me with binoculars.
