Norky's In Firenze

I ordered takeout, the sausage was delicious, the accompanying sauces were truly delicious, and for dessert I had the chocolate cake, which was truly exceptional. The portions were generous for the price, so I'd say it's excellent. I definitely recommend it.

The waitress was very inattentive; she was in a hurry to place our order and didn't let us see the menu. Afterward, I asked for bread, and she said she didn't have it. To top it all off, she was already cleaning up after the kids as soon as she finished bringing the plates. Anyway, the food was excellent.

The food is good and enjoyable. The service is very poor.

The guy serving forgot to serve us several items. We had to call the staff over several times to ask for our dishes. Seems like the staff are not trained properly and theres not enough waiting staff. Poor table service. The food was lovely though.

Nice food and lovely people if you get the chance to have a chat. Lovely experience
