20/11/2025: We spent €32.50 each, including the 5 children: consider that the kids each had a half portion of pasta and THAT'S IT. The 7 of us adults had just one course each, a few appetizers to share, and a few desserts. A single bottle of cheap wine and the rest were water. All of this would have been fine if the quality and quantity had been decent, but they weren't. My ribollita tasted like nothing; it was basically wet bread. Plus, at this price, I imagine I wouldn't have to set the table and go to the cashier to order. We won't be back.

19/10/2025: Garbage Service. You have to draw a number to order. I drew number 28. It took 45 minutes to go from 21 to number 28. In which world does it take this long to record the order of 8 pairs? Cant say anything about the food. Was to fed up with waiting...

14/03/2026: Expensive: €3 cover charge plus an additional 10% service charge on top of the total amount. There is a lot of noise and the glasses were not clean. Returned a glass noting that there was still lipstick on it. After 10 minutes, the same glass was returned with lipstick still on it. I ended up wiping it off myself. For this price? Nothing less than a tourist trap.

28/01/2026: When we first arrived, we were told we could sit on the terrace, but later, when we sat indoors, we were told we couldn't go up to the terrace area. I think this was something the staff did; I honestly didn't understand it.

17/12/2025: I stopped by a cafe for a quick break. The cappuccino and espresso were both delicious. (In fact, even vending machine coffee is delicious in Italy.) The tiramisu was also delicious. The atmosphere was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly. It was a pleasant place.

08/12/2025: I'd like to start with the best thing about Rome, which is the restrooms in the different establishments. Well, this one has one for everyone, dirtier than the one in the movie Trainsport, the service was provided by a woman who couldn't keep up, the food was mediocre and frozen, the salad was the best thing we ate.

01/02/2026: I waited in the cold for 45 minutes. At 8:15 on a Sunday, the clerk was there, but he still hadn't opened the gates. Even two elderly ladies stood there in the cold, refusing to let us in, even to warm up while waiting for service. Maybe the hours need to be changed? In the meantime, I moved on.

05/11/2025: Perfectly good and fresh panini at very reasonable prices (€8 per sandwich). Don’t waste your time going to overpriced or overrated panini shops. This place was very good and no line! I don’t understand all the negative reviews of this cafe, my experience was overwhelmingly positive.

02/03/2026: Terrible value for money. We stopped by with the idea of ​​getting a couple of sandwiches and a couple of mini pizzas, and we ended up spending way too much. €18 total. If the sandwiches had been made properly, they might have been worth it, but instead they sliced ​​the bread and put the deli meat in the middle. The mini pizzas were completely bland. Unnecessarily overpriced.

30/10/2025: Searching for the refectory of Santa Apollonia, I entered this building where a conference was being held, the theme of which was, ironically, social housing. There was no one at the reception... Ironically, because I was able to take a look inside. The conference was held in the nave of the chapel, from which I could glimpse the frescoes of the altar niche, covered by enormous, clear plastic sheets, apparently related to the day's theme, with a focus more on sociopolitical management than academic research. The cloister is in a pitiful state, covered in graffiti, slogans, banners, and literally strewn with old furniture, garbage, and various abandoned objects—a typical squat environment. It appears to be a university space; it's unclear whether it's in use or not; certainly a poor example of social housing.

27/12/2025: Atmosphere was typical as to what you’d expect of a train station fast food chain. The food was served speedily in approx. 10/15mins so no complaints there. However, they have forgotten the ketchup that we paid 45cents for. Internationally, sauces such as ketchup and chilli would’ve been free. So I was pretty annoyed that I had to pay for them and not get them! For that, 1/5 for service. As for food, I opened the burger out of curiosity to see how it was assembled. But look at those sad bloody bacon strips! I mean, why even bother?? This is honestly baffling. So take my advice, just don’t get anything with bacon. I like Maccas but I’d be boycotting this specific branch.

27/12/2025: That’s the worst service and worst food! The burger is disgusting but I can understand. We can’t have requirements for fast food. But the service was horrible. I accidentally threw my receipt then the service doesn’t allow me to use the restroom, the problem is that she saw me order the food at the front desk. Then she didn’t allowed me to use restroom. Oh my goodness.

28/08/2025: Located in the basement of the station. I purchased a TooGoodToGo box and was extremely satisfied. Excellent quality food, both sweet and savory. Very friendly staff.

17/02/2026: The sandwiches were good and the servers were welcoming. But the bill was way too high: €42 for two sandwiches at €9 each and two glasses of wine at €12 each—that's outrageous! We did ask, but we mistakenly thought that was the price of the two glasses...

10/04/2026: Very negative experience. They overcharged us for an Americano coffee and, when we asked for a refund, they refused to give us one. Furthermore, after we had already paid, they tried to change the bill, claiming that water was more expensive "because it was served at the table," something that wasn't indicated on the price list (which clearly stated €1.50). The result: not only did they not correct their mistake, but they made us pay even more. Unprofessional service and a clear feeling of being scammed. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

05/04/2026: The croissants and various desserts are delicious! They have a wide selection! The lady at the cash register, the guy at the counter, and the guy serving tables are always cheerful and polite. ☀️ I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because of one unpleasant incident I witnessed... A lady there (I don't know if she's the owner) rudely called out a waitress, urging her to hurry up in an unkind tone. I believe respect for those who work is fundamental, but above all, certain reprimands shouldn't happen in public; they create discomfort for those who serve and those who dine. It would have been enough to say it later and in a different way. I can't stand this way of treating people, I'm sorry. It's a shame when the atmosphere of a beautiful place is ruined by a lack of empathy or professionalism towards the staff. And nothing, a hug to the waitress who was really working hard!

20/10/2025: Excellent schiacciata with quality products. The staff is kind and professional. The option to enjoy their specialties while seated is an added bonus. The number 4 with prosciutto, mozzarella, and mayonnaise is delicious!
