31/10/2025: When you sign up, they make a lot of promises about the services, given the high price, but it's like the cheaper gyms: the Wi-Fi doesn't work, the gym is hot and smelly because the air conditioning is turned off and the windows are closed, and the promised gifts never arrive. At the end of the contract, we'll sign up elsewhere for less.

14/07/2025: A heartfelt thank you to the Esseclub staff for giving me the best unexpected gift: a FREE day at the wellness center (sauna, whirlpool, Turkish bath... + pool) for my birthday! I'll definitely be back in the winter! See you soon!

26/03/2026: Historic place, with Florentine tradition! They are welcoming and very helpful. I get coffee there if I'm in the Pitti area. I've often had the fruit pastries and I love them!

24/10/2025: Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. I've ordered from this place before and it's always been great, but today the spring rolls were inedible and the fish wasn't good; it didn't seem fresh.

12/09/2025: This is my go to place to order from when I’m stuck at home studying or just want something yummy. I’ve never ordered something I didn’t like, their sashimi,nigiri, and just fish in general are so soft and tasty, they’ve never let me down. It’s not crazy expensive and they usually offer promotions on apps like deliveroo and glovo that are super convenient.

04/08/2025: The place is beautiful. But the ramen isn't up to par. My ramen was incredibly salty, while my brother's was tasteless. I had to order some of his soup to counteract the saltiness of mine. The service was average. The prices were too high for the quality.

14/06/2025: Prenotato tramite sito, come indicato da loro, abbiamo avuto la conferma di prenotazione Ci siamo presentati (nel centro di Firenze, quindi non facile da raggiungere e soprattutto trovare parcheggio) e il ristorante era chiuso per ferie. Questa chiusura, da giugno ad agosto compreso, non viene indicata né sul sito né sui social del ristorante. Pessima comunicazione

24/12/2025: The food was average. The waitress and service were excellent. The additional, scam-like "service" charge of €2.50 per person x 5 = €12.50 is a complete affront to moral decency. It was my first time with my family and also my last.

23/11/2025: Warm welcome, thoughtful food, and timely service that minimized our downtime and allowed us to continue our journey more quickly. The grill was excellent and varied. The presentation was equally thoughtful.

The staff's attitude was unacceptable: a complete lack of respect, almost nonexistent professionalism, and a completely inappropriate way of addressing customers. It's not normal to be treated this way. I sincerely hope this place takes action, because this cannot continue.

16/11/2025: A large group of (very hungry!) cyclists couldn't have been more delighted! From the moment we booked, we were offered a decidedly... unusual menu: "meat & fish." No one would have imagined that the evening would be spent happily (simultaneously) enjoying the two "full portion" menus! What a dinner, guys! Tasty dishes, always served with extraordinary attention, plentiful and authentic. A special mention for the fish (the fried food was excellent!) and the meat-based first courses. And then, the house wine, dessert, coffee, and liqueur were all very good. The place is particularly suitable for large groups, not only for the space but especially for the service, which was truly efficient and courteous. The final bill definitely makes us want to come back! Congratulations! Until the next ride, guys!

01/11/2025: We booked our table at 9:00 PM, and they seated us at 9:30 PM. The glasses were brought at 9:50 PM, but there was still no sign of the cutlery. When the cutlery arrived, we noticed how unclean it was and politely asked if we could change it. A bit annoyed, they brought it back even dirtier; they never brought it back clean. The food (Margherita pizzas) arrived, the first at 10:00 PM, the last at 10:15 PM. They weren't even that great; the tomato was raw, the mozzarella tasteless. I don't recommend it if you're in a hurry.

05/04/2026: The beds are there, the water from the tap comes out, some sockets work, the window opens and closes, the insects are dead so they don't bother you, if you ask for something they say yes anyway, there is breakfast, I give two stars like those of the Hotel, more is quite difficult

31/03/2026: I only stopped to try and get something to eat while walking along Via degli Dei, and it's an unprofessional place. They offered me cordon bleu, but there was no chicken. Very cheap and vulgar. Avoid it.
