22/10/2024: ¡Son ladrones! No me preguntaron qué tamaño de helado quería y me sirvieron 2 cucharadas grandes y luego me pidieron que pagara 12 € para mí y mi esposa. Sólo queríamos una cucharada... El chocolate negro y el pistacho no tienen sabor. Es un lugar para evitar.

Signora maleducatissima verso di noi molto prevenuta L’uomo che ha preso la comanda ha sbagliato l’ordine e la signora si è accanita verso di noi …..per me dovrebbero andare in pensione e rilassarsi un po’

05/06/2025: I didn't know that restaurants in Florence were this popular, so I went in without making a reservation and was so hungry. At first, I was worried because the reviews were so low, but the staff was so kind that they seemed to be worried that we would leave and double-checked us several times, so I felt sorry for them and wanted to give them more stars even if the food was just average. The service and atmosphere were all good for us. Among the menus we ordered, the wine was especially delicious. However, the steak we ordered was burnt on the outside and tasted burnt, and the pasta we ordered with it, whose name I don't remember, tasted like a cafeteria menu... I didn't even take a picture and just... left it... What a pity..ㅠ0ㅠ...

The food was well cooked and constantly replenished. Very friendly, attentive and professional staff. The manager who is also the cook is a very helpful person.
