While the food is excellent, the quality of the takeout service needs improvement. We booked for 1 pm and received our order at 1:40 pm. People who walked in and ordered directly at the counter were quicker. If I order for pickup at a certain time, I expect it to be respected, and I can excuse a ten-minute delay, not a 40-minute one.
