29/10/2025: Today I'm writing a new review of my favorite restaurant for several reasons, delicious food, whether it's pizza, meat..... and desserts..... good price, excellent service, semi-family run, I often go to relax and enjoy a beautiful landscape and a nice evening, with my wife or friends, last time there were 4 of us, we wanted meat, but we wanted a mix, and I must say that the waiters, even though it was off the menu, they satisfied us, what more could you want?! Now I'm organizing a dinner with work colleagues, having in addition to the summer outside in the greenery, they have a large room and a smaller one inside, in fact I have celebrated various events there over the years, birthdays and family ceremonies with convenient packages, I highly recommend it!

26/10/2025: This is our second visit to the restaurant, and the food is very good, with attention to food intolerances. Depending on the season, you can also find fresh mushrooms.

12/04/2026: Nice place but bad service if you're not Italian is not very nice. We were next in line but the cashier let 3 Italians hop in front of us

11/04/2026: Frustrated staff who won't accept their cheap work. They even gave me a dirty look, the only one, when I let them know I wanted a receipt. It stinks.

12/04/2026: I visited Sottozero Campi Bisenzio and unfortunately had a negative experience. The two gelato makers present were neither friendly nor professional. During service, they spoke to each other in another language, ignoring the customers, creating a feeling of discomfort and lack of attention. Furthermore, I witnessed unhygienic and inappropriate behavior: one of them tasted the gelato with a spoon and immediately afterward grabbed a cup, consuming it in front of everyone. This behavior appeared disrespectful and unprofessional.

02/02/2026: Excellent service in a setting decorated with vintage industrial objects. The menu has some French influences, but not too much. The wine list isn't long, but it caters to everyone's tastes at very reasonable prices. The same goes for the final bill.

28/01/2026: A wonderful fusion of French and Tuscan cuisine. The dishes are exquisite, with an excellent selection of wines and cheeses. If you're passing through Fucecchio, it's a must-visit.

07/12/2025: Very large and well-structured space. Before this brand, there was another fast food chain. The dishes aren't many, but what they do have is good. Very friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. The outdoor parking lot isn't very large.

The coffee and pastries are average: I tried a cappuccino and a croissant, and while they weren't memorable, they were sufficient and satisfying for a short stop. The focaccias and sandwiches here are often mentioned as excellent quick snacks, ideal if you're in a hurry and want something tasty but simple. As for service, experiences seem to vary: some people describe it as warm and friendly, while other more recent reviews describe the staff as aloof or unhelpful. Personally, I've noticed a slightly "off-the-beaten-path" attitude in some situations, but nothing completely off-putting. Another important thing to know is that prices in Florence's historic center can be higher than advertised—especially if you sit at a table rather than at the counter (a typical situation in many Italian bars). In summary: Caffè Il Cerino is a practical and convenient place for a quick stop in the heart of Florence, perfect for breakfast or a snack on the go. Don't expect a gourmet coffee shop experience, but for an espresso, a croissant, or a quick sandwich, it works well—with some ups and downs in service and prices that are a bit like those in the city center. 13/02/2026: Very disappointing experience. The food was below average and definitely not worth the high prices. However, the biggest issue was the staff. They were extremely rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional — especially towards tourists. Instead of being welcoming, they treated customers with disrespect and attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

27/12/2025: We stopped by this place today and we absolutely don't recommend it. One of the employees, named Julia, addressed a customer who was choosing a dessert by calling it "tortuga," which means "turtle" in Spanish, with a visibly annoyed expression. She thought no one would understand the language. It's the usual story: if you're unhappy with your job, maybe it's best to look for another. This kind of behavior from the staff should lead to immediate dismissal. Another employee, named Liliana, was not at all kind. I hope the owner is reading this comment. Besides, if I had read the reviews here first, I would never have gone there. The dessert was incredibly expensive and nothing special. We don't recommend it.

11/04/2026: We ate there three evenings during our stay. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The pizzas were good and the truffle tortellini were delicious. Excellent value for money! 👍👍
