01/12/2025: There were two of us, and for a main course, side dish, and dessert with water and wine, we spent €45 each. The food was excellent, but the prices were those of a Michelin-starred restaurant, not a tripe joint, and they included a higher-than-usual cover charge. We definitely WON'T RETURN, and we're disappointed because the food is good, but you can't push customers around like that. We could have been regulars, but instead you lost us. Stefano

30/11/2025: We arrived and I asked for the beer menu. A runner brought it to me, and the pizza menu was also on the same menu. The main waiter arrived, an older, bald man who snatched the menu out of my hand with a gruff expression, saying, "There are no pizzas." He didn't even know that there were beers on the pizza menu. It took me two minutes to explain it to him and then ordered my €15 beer. I told him I didn't like the way he'd acted, and he didn't apologize and left with the same gruff expression. The runners were so nice, and the main waiter didn't know how to approach the public. As always, those in positions of responsibility allow themselves to be unprofessional and rude. Management should know that doing so risks losing customers. We won't be returning.

04/09/2025: We just ordered two personalized pizzas here, we loved it! The guy from the delivery to our hotel was very sweet and we didn’t wait at all, less than 15-20 minutes and the pizzas were SO good

21/10/2025: Come on, I got there when there were a lot of people. Despite everything, they held their ground. I don't know if it's like this every morning, but considering the location, I'd assume not. This morning there's a competitive exam out front, and I think that's why there was such a rush. Maybe I'm wrong. The two guys, in any case, were good, quick, and kind.

09/12/2025: We went to dinner on Saturday but unfortunately something went wrong with the starters, nothing to say but the pizza wasn't great and the service wasn't the best either but the place is worth it

08/12/2025: We celebrated my birthday and a friend's here. PROS: Nice atmosphere, a room reserved just for us, fairly quick service, and friendly and helpful waiters. CONS: A friend of mine and I had paid a €100 deposit (€50 each) to secure the room, with an agreed-upon price of €36 per person. There were about thirty of us. We were told that upon arrival, we would be refunded the difference of €14 each. When it came time to settle the bill, however, we were told that "I'll probably buy you some drinks, but I can't refund the money." I had to insist, and in the end, they refunded me the difference by deducting it from my boyfriend's payment—a rather unprofessional and dishonest approach. We also noticed that they didn't give my boyfriend €4 change, a detail that, in a context like this, shouldn't happen. The food was acceptable but not memorable. Coffee was included, but at 1:15 (closing time is 1:30), we were told they were closing and that if we wanted it, we had to go to the counter. Once there, they informed us they didn't make macchiatos or decafs because the machine had already been cleaned. This, too, isn't a sign of great customer service. It's a shame, because the atmosphere was pleasant, but the financial management and final organization left a bad impression.

06/05/2025: Reading the reviews, it seemed like a retro place, but with a simple but valid offering. We happened upon a night when pizza wasn't available (perhaps you should specify this when you book, since it's primarily a pizzeria) due to their own problems. We decided to stay anyway, given how late it was, and we regretted it: terrible appetizers, poorly prepared and rushed first courses. It's a shame because it really gave the impression of a tired, worn-out place. From the staff to the place, I couldn't find a single positive thing... not even the POS was working that night. I'm sorry, but I would never recommend it.

30/09/2025: Hello! I had dinner at your restaurant, as you were one of the few open on Sunday evenings. I want to mention the beauty of the restaurant, the pleasant music, and the wonderful staff. They even had a delivery robot! Everything was prepared very quickly, and the fish was perfect! They even gave me a fortune cookie. I read that tipping Japanese and Chinese people is offensive, so I was afraid to do so, but I absolutely loved this place! Forgive me if I'm mistaken🥹❤️

18/10/2025: A couple of weeks ago my husband and I were in Florence, we tried to find places that offered authentic Italian food, with products from the region and typical dishes of the place, the last night we arrived at this place where we were told that it was authentic Italian food and with products from the Tuscany region (I don't know if that's entirely true since we are not experts in Italian food), the thing is that my husband and I liked the food although it was the most expensive meal we ate in Florence it was also the one we liked the most, the treatment and attention were good and we had a nice evening.

12/10/2025: We went to this restaurant at the recommendation of our hotel. It was a very positive experience: excellent food, excellent wine, and above all, excellent service, thanks to the younger waiter with the goatee (sorry, we didn't even ask your name), who contributed a good 50% to the evening's success. The dessert tasting is highly recommended.

25/11/2025: As soon as I called, while the operator was speaking to me, he was talking to other people, not at all friendly, complaining on the phone about the workload, with no concern for me being on the phone listening to his complaints. Finally, lastly, he told me it was inappropriate to bring me a pizza because I paid by card, and to call somewhere else! I'd already gotten the pizza from them, and it wasn't even bad, but friendliness and kindness come first!

25/11/2025: We stayed for 3 nights, 2 adults, 1 boy, and 1 girl. The room was warm and spacious for 4 people, though both the room and bathroom needed a bit more cleaning. The food was good and varied, even for those of us who opted for half-board. The location is a bit isolated on a hill, about 15 minutes from Florence, but comfortable and relaxing enough for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle. It must be a lovely place to stay in the summer or spring. The staff were friendly and discreet.

19/11/2025: We went to the I Gigli shopping center to buy some gifts for Christmas, it was dinner time and we stopped at the Dispensa Emilia restaurant for the first time. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with great kindness but at the same time with great professionalism, we were asked if we wanted to pay with the app or to go to the cashier to order the menu, after we sat down, as soon as we placed the order with the app we were served immediately with very good food and above all hot and very well-prepared dishes. Nice and very professional staff and above all interesting price. We will be back as soon as possible because we really had a great time. Thank you.

11/08/2025: I often come to eat at the sports kiosk, the people who serve me are kind and polite and the sandwiches are delicious, the only flaw is that for a very simple sandwich they take 15 timed minutes and sometimes even more, and often they don't have the ingredients required for the specific sandwiches indicated by them (it's not normal for them to never have the ingredients in two weeks) and the last time I went there I ordered a specific sandwich, it arrived wrong and I told them and they even snorted!

06/08/2025: Place in central Florence, if you’re looking for a non tourist place. I recommend going there in the early evening as the put up decorations really light up the unique atmosphere. For seating there’s plenty of tables outside of the little bar, but my favourite are the seats outside by the counter, in the opposite side of the bar. There’s different selection of drink but it’s not that vast. There’s prices are a bit too high for what they sell but great! Choose it and run away from those big tourist attraction bars.

21/09/2025: I'm giving one star because the dinner was awful: spaghetti with clams, incredibly salty, and the mixed fried food (so-called), one shrimp, a piece of fish I didn't recognize, and pieces of squid sold as calamari! Shame on you all for all this crap for €30.

07/09/2025: We found the staff to be wonderful, friendly, and very efficient in their service. The restaurant was well-equipped, tidy, and clean, and the food was excellent. The restaurant is geographically located in a beautiful place. Kudos to both the owner and the staff, thank you for a wonderful evening with friends, both for the food and the excellent atmosphere.
