29/07/2024: A restaurant where there is very tasty food. The service is very friendly and the food is freshly prepared. Price-performance ratio is right. We will stop there again on our next holiday in Florence.

20/07/2024: The best pizza by the slice in Sesto. Too bad for the very slow service, despite reservations. Exceptional value for money.

01/06/2024: The best pizza in the world! We almost always stop on Saturdays for lunch! I am lactose intolerant and I always find red pizza, which is very difficult to find elsewhere! We have always found courtesy and kindness from everyone! The lady at the counter is always very helpful, kind and nice! Compliments!

04/09/2024: Nice hotel in a quiet part of Florence. Service and courtesy at the highest level. The breakfast is phenomenal, a large selection and delicious. Top quality coffee. The only complaint is the small shower cabin in the large and spacious bathroom.

02/09/2024: Nice hotel recently renovated, actually still under renovation. The location in southern Florence on the border with Bagno a Ripoli is positive. Not easy to find due to a maze of streets that are not particularly well signposted. Clean tidy rooms without safe. The small, very usable swimming pool is beautiful and is assisted by beautiful comfortable deckchairs. Nice breakfast room with adequate buffet. Service at the bar is a little lacking. Overall, a good little hotel frequented almost exclusively by Germans, which isn't a bad thing... The judgment must obviously be compared to the cost...reasonable given the place and the period.

27/06/2024: La schiacciata con la finocchiona spacca veramente... E qua l'hanno fatta molto bene. Il prezzo non è eccessivo considerando che siamo in piazza della signoria. Complimenti!

16/06/2024: Prodotti originali della zona e sopratutto di qualità top. La loro schiacciata è la migliore di Firenze senza dubbio. Si trova poi in pieno centro. Comodissimo da raggiungere.

21/08/2024: The waiter with the little long black hair made a homophobic comment to us as we passed him. Once I approached him to ask for explanations he promptly denied it, like the brave manly man he was. You are in 2024 in Florence, wake up a little 😘

02/09/2024: A coffee €7 because we are Spanish and sit down. On top of that we tell him and he tells us that if we don't have money we shouldn't come. It's a shame don't come. You can believe what he wrote or read the rest of the reviews.

21/07/2024: I happened upon it on my lunch break. There is self service, you come with the tray and they serve you, there is no table service. Good food, small quantity, high quantity-price ratio. Last time I spent €11 to eat two thin slices of stuffed turkey and two salad leaves. Restaurant tickets accepted.

22/06/2024: A bar that serves a diner offering various dishes, from salads to first courses, second courses and side dishes. An offer that varies every day: healthy, genuine and not just Tuscan. However, if you find the wrong time, be prepared for a bit of a queue.

06/05/2024: Abbiamo deciso di festeggiare il battesimo del nostro bambino proprio qui. Menu a km 0 con antipasto di crostini, panzanella ed affettati toscani, crespelle alla Fiorentina, pappardelle al cinghiale e grigliata mista di carne con contorno di patate arrosto ed insalata. Sapori deliziosi, cotture perfette, porzioni abbondantissime (forse anche troppo, a malincuore c’è stato un po’ di spreco e ce ne siamo dispiaciuti davvero moltissimo, perché era tutto squisito ma non ce la facevamo proprio più) . Siamo stati accolti con molta professionalità ed estrema gentilezza, la sala in cui abbiamo pranzato è rustica ed accogliente e la festa è stata… semplicemente perfetta. Perciò, con tutto il cuore, grazie a tutti

15/08/2024: La Ménagère won me over from the first moment. The interior, inspired by the style of a French bistro, is studied in every detail, with a design that combines vintage and modern elements. The atmosphere is refined but welcoming, perfect for enjoying a meal, breakfast or an aperitif.

29/08/2024: Great building and outdoor area, we got a cozy family room with air conditioning, breakfast was great even if refills were slow when things ran out. Rooms were cleaned nicely and replenished with toilet paper and towels well. Lovely pool, even if it was worn. Both inside and out it is a little worn, should have been looked after a little better, because this really is a beautiful place. Nice people who work here, although some are a bit reserved and don't smile as much. WiFi only downstairs in the hall. A bit rugged and a long way down to the pool, so not very suitable for people with weak legs.

28/08/2024: This villa had beautiful views of the Tuscan hills and the interior was gorgeous as well. The restaurant had delicious food and the breakfast had so many great, fresh options! Having a pool was so key given how hot it was when we stayed. My biggest problem was that there was no AC at all and wifi didn’t work in the rooms and no service available as well, which was frustrating. My sister suffered heat stroke during the day and was unable to get any relief due to the heat in the room. This was very deceiving given the fact it advertises AC as available. Therefore, we opened our windows to try to let in fresh air but woke up covered in bug bites. The shower had mould in it and needs to be cleaned more throughly. We were met with a man who was apparently working the overnight shift; however, we were uncertain if he actually worked there because he was very unhelpful, off- putting and due to his lack of professional attire (baggy sweatpants and unkept shirt). We had to check out at 6am and he was smoking in the lobby and tried to charge me the full amount after I already paid prior to arriving instead of the remaining balance that was bolded at the bottom. He had no idea what he was doing; he couldn’t speak any English either, which made any communication very difficult. I loved the place outside of our room but not the room itself.

25/10/2023: What a lovely spot for gelato. The owner was lovely chatting about the art of making gelato. Had a coffee as well and the owner generously shared a shot of his favourite liquor with me !!

18/10/2023: Worst place ever, did not want to serve us or the other customers, more Interested in talking to his friend in the front Gelato looks like s**t

06/08/2024: Nice pastry shop, always stocked with various sweet and savory foods, for example I am fond of pizzas, but fried foods such as donuts and donuts, sandwiches etc are also very good, the coffee is also good

19/07/2024: The rudeness of the lady who "welcomes" you at the checkout is unfortunately in stark contrast to the quality of the savory and sweet dishes. The lady looks at you badly whatever your request (for a sweet, for a savory...) and makes you feel uncomfortable while you try to have breakfast like any Christian. It's a shame because the lady who serves the coffees is smiling and kind. Over the years the sweet pieces have lost their inventiveness and flavour. Plus it's very expensive now. Rejected. I strongly advise against it

25/07/2024: The change of management has brought freshness to the place and rejuvenated the menu. You can see that there is particular attention to quality, with always new and tasty proposals. the bill more than adequate. The service was friendly and fast. There is nothing better in the area.

13/08/2024: It looks like a canteen, some of the staff don't speak Italian, to ask for anything it takes a quarter of an hour and the pizza is made of cardboard and expensive! Nice courage! I ate a pizza covered in broccoli, it looked like the mucilage of Rimini....I feel sorry for those people who have never eaten real pizza and believe that this is also called the Florentine cardboard pizza
