18/10/2025: I don't think they'll ever see me again, since I called a week in advance to make a reservation (let me start by saying I'd never been there before), so they asked me over the phone, "What time, ma'am?" and I replied, "8:00 PM." No one said anything. When we arrived, we sat down, and shortly after, the waitress came to ask if we were ready to order (there were obviously two people left at the table). We pointed this out, saying they were 15 minutes late (which is fine, I understand the inconvenience), and were told, "Well, you have to vacate the table at 9:30 PM, I told you on the phone." It was then that I discovered they were working in shifts. No one had mentioned anything on the phone, and if they assumed I knew, well, that was a serious mistake. But in any case, it would be enough to state things clearly: when I pointed out to the lady, who I presume was the restaurant manager, that I hadn't been informed of this on the phone, instead of offering a solution or at least reassuring us, she started saying that she couldn't have failed to tell me, that she always says that, that at that point we could only stay depending on what we ordered because at 9:30 pm the restaurant was full again... are you kidding me?! In an arrogant and disrespectful tone. And I also had a baby in a high chair, so imagine if I'd known, or I wouldn't have faced the problem of having to get her dinner and dinner in an hour. In short, in the end, we stayed, eating as quickly as possible, but frankly, I've never been treated so badly in a restaurant. And at 9:35 pm we were paying. When we left the restaurant at 9:50 pm, our table was still free.

14/10/2025: We went for drinks and a bite to admire the view from the balcony but it turned out they do not serve food anymore. The view was amazing so if you’re going for that - I do recommend it.

06/10/2025: We enjoyed our time there. It was chilly beginning of Oct 2025 and the staff brought over blankets so we could still enjoy the outside views. We didn’t have any food.here’s a picture of the view! Beautiful

19/09/2025: Authentic Italian cuisine and very welcoming staff. Our waiter Gerod was excellent! Would highly recommend for people passing through the area

30/08/2025: We went as a group of four. Two pastas were completely forgotten due to a ‘mix up’ in the kitchen. We waited 50 minutes for food. Also we ordered water and that was forgotten too! We eventually asked after 30 minutes. Staff stood around smoking forgetting us while serving another group of older Italians promptly. Portions were tiny and we left the restaurant feeling hungry!

09/10/2025: Delicious steak and risotto. Waiter was very kind and helpful throughout the night as well.

03/08/2025: Exceptional staff and excellent service for breakfast, lunch, and aperitifs! Highly recommended! Also ideal for events because they have amazing catering! When humility and a low profile are more important than big names and neon signs!

28/09/2025: I used to order from them all the time, for myself, family, and friends, but not anymore. I'll have to find a better pizzeria. I always ordered takeout, and it was fine in the past. Then they started to take less and less care, with the pizza either burned or undercooked, so much so that my mother forced me to call the place after ordering to ask them to cook it properly. And it already doesn't seem normal. But the worst was on September 27, 2025, when they sent me a burnt Margherita and a raw calzone on top. Raw, guys, runny. So raw that even the mozzarella inside was left in chunks... I honestly have no idea how you take out a raw calzone, throw tomato on top, and put it flattened into a THIN pizza box (it usually fits in a taller box because a cooked calzone is puffy on top). I immediately filed a complaint through Deliveroo, but nothing has happened yet. Today, Sunday morning, I'm left feeling sick and desperate to take serious action. What a shame.

18/09/2025: Very good pizzeria. I recommend ordering the special flavors, because compared to the usual pizzas we know well, there are some really good options. I recommend booking.

28/10/2025: Amorino gelato is amazing!! One of my favorites in Europe! The service at this Florence shop is the best! Tatiana and Jade Jean are incredibly kind, helpful, and patient! Absolutely sweet!! The experience was so good that we ordered a second one and want to go back before we leave 🥰💕

11/09/2025: Wanting a good breakfast before exploring the city, I was disappointed by the "rubbery and dry" croissants in general. I asked for a light cappuccino and it was delivered dark. I'm not satisfied with the breakfast I had at your place.

12/05/2025: We stocked up for our hypothetical festival and everything was superb. Products such as excellent flatbreads and pizzas, service with attention to the smallest details and super helpful.
