The staff was incredibly kind, explaining the provenance of each ingredient and recommending a perfect Chianti Classico for dinner. The pappa al pomodoro is textbook: thick, flavorful, and with the excellent raw olive oil that makes all the difference. The schiacciate deserve a special mention: impeccable cured meats, perfectly soft on the outside, and they seem to melt in your mouth. The wine list is a celebration of the region, with a few niche gems that demonstrate great research. The service is friendly, honest, and friendly, just how we like it. The price is very fair for the quality offered. I'll be back very soon.

Drinks also range from wine to beer, cocktails, and soft drinks. The staff is very young, yet knowledgeable and fast. I recommend calling to reserve a table, although it's not always necessary. I recommend it for anyone who wants to enjoy an aperitif in the tranquility of the suburbs, without experiencing the chaos of Florence's city center.
