We went to "le Lance" on a quiet day midweek (Thursday) and the place wasn't even crowded. It took us 2 hours to eat an appetizer (divided between two people) and a second course. When we arrived we were seated, asked if we wanted some water and for the next 20 minutes no one was seen. More than an hour passed between the starter and the second course. The meat is excellent, but the PICI first course is very salty. When we asked the waiter if there was a long wait (while waiting for the second course) the answer was that: "his colleague had taken the order, so he didn't know anything about it". Nice place but nothing special. Tables close together and the room very noisy.

We ate very well! The pici with ragù were fabulous, highly recommended. The octopus is also recommended
The room was well furnished and the atmosphere created by the fireplace and music was very peaceful

Locale in precedenza denominato Coquinarius di cui ancora oggi mantiene l’insegna all’ingresso.
Stesso locale, cucina ottima e ricercata.
Servizio cortese.
Cene piacevoli con un’ottima vista su Firenze. Prezzi non per tutte le tasche salvo promo TheFork.

Siamo stati qui per festeggiare il compleanno di mia madre e devo dire che siamo rimasto molto soddisfatti. Noi abbiamo provato il baccala’ e i ravioli con il pistacchio ed entrambi i piatti erano molto buoni e ben equilibrati nel sapore e negli abbinamenti.
La carta dei vini non e’ enorme ma comunque ben fornita.
Infine il panorama su firenze davvero molto bello! Torneremo con la bella stagione magari per usufruire della terrazza esterna

Beautiful place (they say location). The staff is very welcoming and polite. I ate very well. Being lactose intolerant, I took the cutting board. My wife and daughters had egg 63, livers, flan with tail (they said they were excellent). Then fillet with potatoes. One of the best I've ever eaten. Well done, well done. Compliments

This truly delightful little restaurant made of wood and glass is nestled on a magical hill, allowing you to enjoy a splendid view of Florence. The food was delicious, also suitable for vegetarians, the choice of wines was wide and the service was courteous and kind. We had a great time and it could only be 5 stars.

Ristorante di livello medio alto ambiente piacevole ma con qualche contraddizione. Tavoli senza apparecchiatura con una sorta di tovaglietta tonda con disegni di volatili. Ottima e di livello la scelta dei vini anche se molti risultavano esauriti, incluso quello richiesto, per fortuna dirottato dal personale su altro molto buono.
