06/10/2025: The sushi, for what we ordered, was only slightly better than that at nearby supermarkets (Slunga and Coop); the variety was simply much wider. Since two of us ordered five dishes (there's a fixed price of 28 euros each) and hadn't touched the fifth, it's unclear why we couldn't have a sushi bag. Had we cleverly ordered 10 and eaten 4, I could understand—but 4 out of 5 simply means it was, albeit slightly, too much for us and that we were entitled to take that little bit home, as is done everywhere these days—no way. The waitress (drinks aside) offered us sake (5 euros for a pitcher for two), saying that if we wanted more, it was no problem. There were, however, problems: a second pitcher costs another 5 euros. Totally unscrupulous. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

14/07/2025: Restaurant sympathique ,tenu par parent et enfant si j'ai bien compris. Les pâtes étaient plutôt bonnes, la charcuterie également. J'ai été davantage déçue avec la pizza ( prosciutto funghi) qui était trop chargée (malgré un tarif imbattable de 9 €). j'ai eu du mal à la finir et à digérer. La pâte était un peu trop épaisse.

12/05/2025: Fantástica cena y servicio. Cuatro de nosotros no teníamos reservas, pero nos acomodaron. Volvimos 3 noches seguidas. ¡Genial!

And in an era of sushi and sashimi, it's hard for us Chinese lovers to find a place that's not tainted by all-you-can-eat fare. Nin Hao has remained faithful to the typical and traditional flavors of good Chinese food, suitable for everyone, without any quirks, but typical!

14/10/2025: Our first time in Venice. Had the most outstanding meal during our time in Italy. The coffee and cheesecake are to die for. Loriedana is the most amazing wait staff we have encountered. The owner is gracious and attentive to every detail. Highly recommend you visit this restaurant if you’re ever in Venice.! Thank you for an amazing dinner during our last night in Venice.

My daughter asked for something vegan and they brought her a plate of veg food in addition to what could be found in the buffet. Courteous and professional. We will happily return

09/10/2025: This was the first time I ever felt so completely unwelcome in a restaurant to the point that I was left in tears in the middle of dinner. I made a reservation for my mother and I almost two weeks in advance, and upon arrival the person at the door would not say hello back to us or do anything but stare at me in the face when we spoke to him. When I said we had a reservation for 2 we weren't asked the name of our reservation or what time, we were just told to go "downstairs, across the hall, and up the stairs" where we ended up alone in a separate area of ​​the restaurant with barely any decor, uncomfortably bright lighting, no other customers and not even a waiter. When we asked if we could sit in the main area, we were treated as if we were asking something insulting. We were told the main seating area was for "reservations only" and we had to repeat that we did in fact have a reservation. Then we were told that we would have to wait 30 minutes for a table in the main area, and when we said that we didn't mind waiting, it seemed to bother the waiter even more. After waiting for less than 2 minutes, we were seated at the table near the entrance where the door slammed shut all night. We had to ask for menus after sitting alone for 20 minutes without anyone asking us anything. We only ordered a main course(Florentine steak) and the waiter didn't ask us how we wanted the meat to be cooked. When the food arrived, it was undercooked and barely lukewarm. We had to ask a different waiter if we could please have the meat cooked a little longer, and the waiter took the plate without saying anything and looked at us with complete disdain before turning and walking away. The cutlery was also very very dull and made eating our meal difficult, but at this point we didn't want to bother anymore. In the middle of eating, when I was already in tears, the waiter asked me what country we were from. My mother answered and the waiter left immediately without making any small talk. Later in the night a couple of tables further away from the entrance became available and when we asked if it was possible to be moved there so that we could get away from the slamming door, we were told no and that all of those tables were reserved. We had a late reservation and were one of the last tables to leave, and none of those empty tables we asked about were were ever used. It was difficult to get the staff's attention all night, but the only time during our visit where the staff was prompt was when we asked for the check. We spent the entire night hoping that we were just off to a rough start, but it wasn't the case. We were there for 2 hours. After reading reviews from different sites, its disappointing to find out that non-locals being treated significantly worse seems to be par for the course for tratorria 13 gobbi, especially so if there are no men in your party, which was the case for us. I work in hospitality and in restaurants in Europe and I do what I can to be an easy customer, but it was genuinely difficult to understand the hostility from the staff.

19/09/2025: I mistakenly thought this was the heart of Florence, but my wrong choice made me so happy. I stayed here for two days, drinking, and the food was delicious, the staff were friendly, and the owner... When we said our final goodbyes, the owner offered us drinks and even gave us beautiful wine glasses. It was truly the perfect, unforgettable vacation in Europe. My friend and I were so, so, so, so happy. I definitely want to visit again. We're in the heart of Florence and I'm so happy, but I'm so glad I came here. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and kind. While we were there, we were very grateful, because we had a wonderful time, and the owner was so kind. Il che fu un'occasione assolutamente indimenticabile per l'Europa. Io e il mio amico eravamo cosi' felici. Mi piacerebbe conoscerla di nuovo.💖💖

02/06/2025: Returning after a long time to this place that prepared excellent aperitifs, I found it very bad. The boy who served was very kind, but in clear difficulty, given that many of the things we asked for were not available and that those available did not correspond to what was indicated on the menu and were of extremely low quality. There is no longer any trace of the appetizing Venetian cicchetti of the past. Too bad.

03/10/2025: This was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had in Florence or any other cities in the world! I would give it negative ratings if available. The waiting for the food took almost one hour and the Florence traditional soup is SO salty that’s completely inedible 😡 Fortunately I gave up on the second course, grilled sausages. I asked to wrap it to go and went to a pizza place for pizza 2 minutes away. When I got back to the hotel and had one bite and again it’s SUPER SALTY! This is unbelievable. Have they stocked up too much salt or something?! So at least I had my pretty tasty pizza for dinner 😄 Don’t ever try this restaurant, it’s my advice.

28/09/2025: I took dinner to go and Dante was an amazing place. The owner was very attentive and told me the restaurant history with some home made wine while I'm waiting. Definitely coming back on my 3 day stay in Florence!

25/07/2025: We wanted to eat gluten-free pizza here, but the online reservation we had confirmed the day before was canceled the following day without any explanation. Luckily, we hadn't left yet, otherwise we would have wasted two 30-minute drives and had no restaurant for dinner.

04/07/2025: Excellent place where you can enjoy sweet and savory baked goods, delicious focaccias and pizzas. Inside the place there is also a cafeteria where you can enjoy excellent croissants of various flavors accompanied by a good coffee or cappuccino. Excellent quality ingredients. Very welcoming, kind and professional staff. Highly recommended*****
