01/01/2025: Positive aspects: kindness of the staff, good quality first and appetizer Negative aspects: we didn't like the second courses. The wine either and we weren't even allowed to taste it. Uncomfortable sitting in front of the entrance door that kept opening, letting in cold air. Lastly, a frankly inexplicable €5 cover charge. Too bad, we won't be back

27/06/2025: Great hotel, located 7-8 minutes walking distance from the city centre, an oasis of quietness. Clean rooms, staff is very helpful and friendly, they helped us to choose and book the proper trips for a family with 2 kids and also providing us with other suggestions. Kudos to Silvia, Giovanna, Donato and Francesca, you made us feel welcomed and helped us to have an excellent vacation. Totally recommend.

25/06/2025: The living areas (bedrooms, living room, patio) are excellent, tastefully furnished, and very comfortable. And the staff is even better, attentive and helpful, always ready to provide verbal and written information. You feel truly supported from the moment you check in to the moment you leave. A luxury.

04/06/2025: We had been looking for a pizzeria that combined quality, courtesy and passion for a long time... and we finally found it! Each pizza is a small work of art: the dough is light, well leavened, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The ingredients are very fresh and you can feel that there is special care in every detail. Of all of them, our favorites remain the Danese and the Ortolana: two completely different explosions of taste, but both unforgettable. The Danese, with that irresistible mix of Nordic and warm flavors, is a perfect treat; while the Ortolana is a celebration of seasonal vegetables, light but very rich in flavor. The takeaway service also deserves praise: punctual, precise, with pizzas always well packaged and still hot upon arrival. It is clear that behind it there is a team that truly loves their job. In a world that runs fast, this pizzeria is a place that knows how to slow down time with taste. Every bite is a reason to return.

01/04/2025: Locale piuttosto piccolo ma accogliente, con pochi coperti, molto frequentato e con attesa per la liberazione di un tavolo. E meno male che abbiamo atteso e non ci siamo sfiduciati, perché la cucina è stata notevole e tutti i piatti veramente buoni. Abbiamo provato le pappardelle al cinghiale, la ribollita, i crostini, la trippa. Il personale è stato velocissimo, molto gentile e disponibile. Il prezzo è più che onesto. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

15/02/2025: Came here looking for some good drinks and a chill atmosphere. Found one. The pictures of the menus shown here on Google are not what we were given at this place. The drinks were few and subpar at best. Was given tiny ham and cheese sandwiches that we didn’t order (we were not given a food menu, only a sparse drink menu). We didn’t see any sign of a buffet, though perhaps that’s because we came here around 9pm. But we didn’t even see a place where they would display buffet style dining. This place is not at all as advertised here on Google. The waiter was nice, I guess. My husband and I ordered one drink each that tasted like it didn’t have any alcohol in it even though the description on the menu said it did. It tasted like carbonated juice. At the end of it all, we paid 26€. Perhaps the experience could have been better had we gone for lunch. But the experience we had last night was not great at all.

15/02/2025: Intrigued by the buffet and the drinks I decided to go there. I arrived with my friends and it was just us and the guy from the bar wandering around, to find that the buffet IS NO LONGER THERE. They bring you two useless appetizers, we asked for chips and they didn't even have them. Plus the drinks are terrible. Never again will I fall into these TikTok traps

15/04/2025: Hotel is in a great location. Easily walk to train station, all tourist area and the bridges. Surrounded by shops and restaurants. Coin laundry is 300 metres away. Rooms are basic but clean. Beds are extremely comfortable. Room has a mini fridge. Entry to the hotel is by an electronic key pad for your safety. Breakfast provided has many choices. Fresh, warm croissants daily. Lots of fresh fruits, cheeses, meats, yogurt and pastries. Coffee machine offers numerous choices. Two different fruit juices daily. The staff are wonderful. The owner was here when we arrived at 10am. He stored our luggage and told us when we could come back for the room. Alice, at the desk was awesome. Answered all of our questions. Made great recommendations on things to see and do, many of which were not the typical tourist ideas. She also provided wonderful dinner recommendations based on what we told her we were looking for.

29/11/2024: Trattoria not exactly Florentine but with some dishes that bring back to the local tradition, crostini with ragù very good, as the tagliatelle with the same sauce, a little less exciting the "penne alla carretta", pasta with tomato and cream basically ... maybe to be reviewed. Service normal, the boy is kind and friendly. Price normal for a crostini, two first courses, a second course and a dessert: €52.50.

20/02/2025: Top, food with cheeses, fruit and meat all of their own excellent production. Excellent ice cream shop. Nursery complete with everything and on weekends you can have a picnic in their park and be outdoors. I go there many times and I really like it

16/05/2025: ⚠️HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. First of all, let's start with the compliments: a really nice environment. The interior was really nice so my expectations were sky high. The only delicious thing were the ravioli but you know how it is... How long does it take to defrost and fry two ravioli? Let's move on to the negative things. No tablet or paper on which you can write down the dishes you want but only waiters who pass by that you had to stop to get their attention. Sushi was pathetic to say the least for the flavors then it will be my thought, absolutely but comparing it to many other sushi places where I have been (of which I still have to put the reviews) this was absolutely the worst of the worst. Salmon nigiri flambé made with... Venus rice (?) huh? pan rabbits that seemed like monsters as well as the flavor so much so that we sent them back. Poor quality salmon. I was so disappointed by this experience that I had to do it again and went to Sakura in via Fiorentina, Legaccioni. When you go to the usual sushi place, it's not because it's "the best" but because you haven't tried better. I would be here to give you a list of sushi that is definitely more sushi than this one. Umi di Ponte a Ema, Ukiyo di Osmannoro, Miho also Osmannoro... Do me a favor... Tokio, absolutely out of context. PS. I would have published the review later but apparently, they don't believe I actually went there so, without further ado: ✨Here are the photos✨ (admire the one with the sauce especially.) PPS. Before making my friend pay, the boy/cook called another gentleman who looked at us confused and asked us: "did you pay?" I said: "I did, my friend didn't" and he said: "and how much do you have to pay?" I mean seriously? If you don't know, you who work there...

16/05/2025: I went with a friend of mine to this sushi to spend a nice day. The atmosphere is not great but nice, the service is the bare minimum even though you have to use your phone notes to order because they don't even use paper, the wait for the dishes is fair. Food: Hosomaki made badly, they weren't even closed properly. Hair inside the sweet and sour sauce, Temaki with an inedible seaweed (much better to eat the cardboard from the boxes), everything else tasteless, every single piece eaten had no flavor. Finally at the cash register I had to wait 2/3 minutes to receive the change, since they didn't have the change to give me.

07/04/2025: Located outside the village with an adjacent bar/restaurant. Very friendly owner. Clean room and bathroom. Good bed, no possibility for coffee or tea in the room. Extensive breakfast buffet with good coffee.
