Amblé In Firenze

Ideal place for an aperitif. Great drinks, friendly and polite staff, quiet and pleasant environment. Really very nice decor.

It's the second time I've come to Amblé and both times I've left me pleasantly satisfied. An alternative and well-kept place, with friendly, easy-going, kind and always ready to joke service. Good quality food, perfect for a quick snack or a good aperitif. This time I got: sandwich with pastrami and green sauce, honestly I was expecting a nice strong flavour, but instead it was very delicate and pleasant. Next I continued with the turkey sandwich which unfortunately quite disappointed me, very good ingredients but perhaps a little anonymous and avoidable. Finally I tried the bacon sandwich with honey, salad and onion, this is what surprised me the most, probably due to the onion which gave a nice boost to the whole sandwich. All accompanied with two very pleasant drinks. The only problem, for the small place, is that we ended up outside near a poorly functioning heating column so, I must say, we suffered quite a bit from the cold. For everything I spent around 45 euros, 8 for the drinks, 7 for the two classic sandwiches and 13 for the pastrami one with chips and salsa. Probably a little expensive, especially if I reflect on the fact that I still didn't feel full when I got up from there. But all in all, for the environment and the service, I highly recommend this place because you will surely leave with good memories.

Location molto carina sia dentro che fuori, vicino lungarno/Ponte Vecchio. Personale molto alla mano e cordiali (anche se un po’ distratti). I piatti che propongono sono semplici ma fatti con cura e passione. Perfetto per il brunch ma secondo me da provare anche la sera. Prezzi medio/alti, ma per location e qualitá culinaria va più che bene.

Healthy aperitif with turmeric humus, croutons, carrots, olives... super tasty. Excellent drinks and above all a quiet space where you can take a break between visits to splendid Florence.

L'amblè is an excellent place in the heart of Florence, which offers excellent aperitifs at a good price, the idea of ​​carrots as an accompaniment to the drink is an excellent Healty choice, I would recommend adding a little more, after all the decor and youthful atmosphere are excellent service.

Posto super carino con spazio esterno in una delle piazzette meno trafficate di Firenze. Completo di menu per bambini, super approvato.

Ho festeggiato il mio compleanno con amici e figli ad Amblé, tutto perfetto e i ragazzi gentilissimi. Promosso a pieni voti. Grazie a Fabrizio, il proprietario, per la disponibilità e gentilezza.

Amblè è un must per tutte le volte che io e la mia ragazza abbiamo voglia di un brunch o di un pranzo healthy. Ambiente molto carino, in pieno centro ma in location abbastanza “nascosta” e fuori dalle orde di turisti. Frutta e verdura fresca, in bella vista, menù sano ma gustoso, molte proposte vegane. Sicuramente promosso a pieni voti,, unica pecca, prezzi non popolari ma in linea con Firenze.
