This restaurant focuses on substance rather than appearance, offering traditional Italian cuisine with a special focus on Florentine steak. There's a special menu (steak menu) with 500 grams of steak, side dish, water, dessert, and coffee for €40. The steak is good but not among the best, and the fries are fresh. The tiramisu isn't very tasty, but the biscotti are good. The staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful.

This was one of the few restaurants within walking distance of our airport-adjacent hotel. It was quiet at 7 pm on a Wednesday and we had no problem getting a table. We got the prosciutto and melon appetizer which was enough for two to share, the melon was perfectly ripe. We also both had pasta dishes which were well prepared and tasty. We shared a tiramisu which was also good - served in a bowl. The diners sitting next to us got steak, which looked good and well sized. We recommend for anyone looking for a nice simple dinner in the area.

Authentic Florence Food! We had two pasta dishes that were bolognese ! The service, owner, and food were excellent! Highly recommend this place! We left happy and satisfied!

Been in Florence for a week and this is the best meal by far - fantastic pasta and meat dishes at reasonable, neighbourhood restaurant prices. As the waiter proudly proclaimed, we are not a tourist restaurant, we are a real Italian restaurant
Excellent service, Marco was very kind and professional. The meat was excellent, I recommend it to everyone.

The stars are due to the true trattoria atmosphere, the quality of the dishes and the value for money, it's worth a stop for the kidney, the liver and the spaghetti alla chitarra... everyone makes the steak these days...
