12/01/2026: We've been there several times during our Tuscan holidays and have always enjoyed excellent Tuscan specialties. The combination of delicatessen and restaurant creates a unique atmosphere. The service and friendliness are very pleasant. Reservations are recommended as it's very popular. In the summer, you can also sit outside. The fact that so many Italians dine here speaks volumes about the quality. We feel comfortable there and will definitely return, especially since the price-performance ratio is excellent.

22/02/2026: We stayed two nights in the new building just steps from the restaurant. The rooms were modernly furnished, clean, and comfortable. A generous breakfast was served in the restaurant, with an endless selection of sweet and savory dishes.

09/03/2026: Excellent place to stay. Central to several points of interest. We stayed there to easily reach Gubbio and Assisi, and its location allowed us to get there quickly, given its proximity to the E45. Abundant breakfast, and the staff were welcoming and available to meet our every need. The rooms were clean and equipped with every comfort for families.

31/01/2026: Very comfortable bed. Brekfast is exelent. Litlle bit far from center but if you dont mind 15 minute walk then ok. Staff EXELENT !!!! Reataurant in hotel is realy special. Verry elegant.

05/04/2026: Fantastic food with really fast service (food served < 5 min. Affordable, kind and efficient service. Wifi is available. The board ragu was great, and the stinco di maiale as well. Though wouldn't recommend having both in the same meal unless you went on a 20km hike...

04/04/2026: A restaurant just outside the center of Badia Prataglia, surrounded by greenery. The ideal place to take a day trip is to enjoy a picnic, as several nature trails of varying difficulty begin nearby. The restaurant is simple and informal, the staff is friendly, and the food is divine!! We tried the pici with venison, the strozzapreti with duck, the passatelli with sausage and porcini mushrooms, the wild boar stew, and the tagliata with porcini mushrooms. Everything was expertly cooked and delicious!! Excellent value for money for all dishes. They also make pizza to suit every taste; it's light and very digestible. Highly recommended!! 🤩

06/04/2026: I recently went with a large group to Tuscany and we visited Cortona twice on our trip, we never tried the food here unfortunately but we certainly tried samples/drinks of many different liquors as well as purchased some that were made locally, the employees were extremely hospitable and friendly. Definitely want to return and visit again. Loved the atmosphere and the town!

17/03/2026: We went to this restaurant for dinner with friends and the kids: a welcoming and fairly informal place, with large windows overlooking the garden. The staff were very kind and attentive. The meat is the real star: various cuts were offered, such as Black Angus, Red Angus, and classic Chianina. We had a fabulous carpaccio of aged beef (100 days) as an appetizer, followed by a first course with Chianina white ragù and a red Angus steak weighing almost 2 kg. Everything was fabulous; it was more of an experience than a dinner. We concluded with an excellent dessert of mascarpone cream with crumbled cantucci biscuits. The price was absolutely reasonable and appropriate for what we ate. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience; if we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely visit you again.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, especially for the abundance of dishes. A special thanks to Michela, who accompanied us with warmth and kindness on this experience, which we absolutely must repeat! 🔝

12/04/2026: Excellent hospitality. Everything I ordered was delicious. The wild boar bresaola was truly tender. A plate of mixed pecorino cheeses was truly special. Truly exceptional smoked pici and a very good tagliata, cooked to perfection and with the flavor and color clearly indicative of high-quality breeding. The side dish of sautéed mushrooms was flavorful. The Cortona Syrah, "il Castagno," was excellent.
