The pici are amazing. Whether they're alla zozzona, alla nana, or all'aglione, you have to eat them. The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. A good glass of red wine is a must. The location is impeccable. My compliments to the entire staff!!!

Our favorite restaurant in the area. They offer Tuscan dishes, but the presentation is exquisite. Tartare or croquettes with various sauces, excellent meats, etc. There's a real touch that makes all the difference, and that's what makes the place truly exceptional.

We've been there several times in recent years. And the food was fantastic again this year! They even accommodated special requests (simple pasta with truffles). The fried seafood is a must-try every year! If you're visiting Ambra, it's definitely a must.

I went there on Sunday for lunch for my nephew's communion, we could choose three types of menu, à la carte, fish menu and meat menu, I chose the meat one and it was very good, recommended

Beautiful place, welcoming, warm, and a perfect wine cellar. The food was spectacular, from meat to fish. The staff was very helpful and friendly; we even met the owner, a charming and sociable woman. 01/07/2026: Very good food, friendly welcome, and a pleasant atmosphere. There's also an outdoor area, recommended for summer evenings. Central location. Paid parking nearby. Prices are moderately high, in keeping with the quality of the venue.
24/06/2026: Outstanding meal!!! Luckily relied on accurate google reviews and wow what a meal! The pici truffled pasta with shrimp was mind blowing. Beautiful refined yet relaxed setting and very kind staff. The food was absolute perfection. Such delicate cooking!

15/04/2026: Elegant restaurant nestled in the Valdichiana. Excellent traditional dishes. The restaurant is located in a complex that also includes a welcoming B&B, offering local services. Excellent, recommended for those who want to fully experience the Valdichiana.
