31/03/2024: Ho voluto aspettare un paio di giorni prima di scrivere questa recensione per evitare l enfasi del momento ,location suggestiva in riva all Arno servizio di livello ,la cucina è attenta al territorio ricercata con abbinanamenti che offrono un percorso gustativo molto interessante e certamente pieno di sapori suggestivI e piacevoli al palato ,abbiamo optato per un menù da 6 portate con una bottiglia di vino sempre del territorio ma che esce dai canoni che potrebbero essere scontati, in conclusione ho passato jna serata splendida con compagnia piacevole e cucina di altissimo livello cosa chiedere di più,ovviamente i costi sono allineati al livello del servizio e della cucina ma non si può avere tutto, tornerò sicuramente , bravi

30/03/2024: Very suggestive and welcoming location, like the service, the guys are very good, not to mention the sommelier who accompanied us on our tasting menu with excellent combinations... the fallow deer and venison ravioli were sublime, absolutely worth trying again

30/03/2024: A particularly intimate place where you can enjoy the right mix of vintage and modern. Very close-knit and coordinated family management, homemade but refined dishes, excellent quality of the raw materials expertly worked by the cook. The dining room service was excellent both in terms of professionalism and friendliness; good and calibrated service times between one course and another. Wide choice of à la carte wines with the possibility of choosing wine by the glass or bottle. Good value for money. Definitely recommended 😉 Small note: access to the toilets for wheelchairs is difficult.

01/04/2024: Intimate restaurant with a few tables right inside Cortona. The young and smiling staff immediately made us feel at ease. The dishes : Appetizer of quality pecorino cheese (going from the freshest to the most seasoned and combining them with two jams, one of which is orange). Pici with very inviting crumbs, cooked just right, same thing for the pinches with pears alla gricia, with a delicate flavour. Truly exquisite jugged wild boar, excellent to pair with a Tuscan red such as the Nobile di Montepulciano which we have chosen to support such structured meat. In our opinion too much oil both in the first courses and in the wild boar. Desserts: we weren't crazy about them. Not very dense creme brulee and a dry chocolate cake in the dough, which was hard when cut. Absolutely honest account.

02/03/2024: Mi mancano le parole per descrivere questo meraviglioso ristorante! Piatti eccezionali, curati nei minimi dettagli. Una sorpresa di sapori, che sono in perfetta armonia, senza che nessuno prevalga sugli altri, ognuno mantenendo la propria identità. Un servizio che ti fa sentire veramente accolto.

22/03/2024: The best ice cream in Arezzo hands down! When you taste it you can feel the quality of the raw material. Precisely to maintain quality, you will never find the same flavors throughout the year because they change depending on the seasons. I recommend getting the fruit flavours, they are very fresh and sweet.

20/03/2024: Delicious Gelato. Pistachio, orange with cinnamon and apple are the best we ate in Italy. The service was very nice and helpful when choosing.

The only flaw given the size is that there are few spaces and a bit of confusion... But it is still acceptable and not too much

Very good cheese starter, fillet with rosemary (medium cooked) exceptional (tender inside and outside with crunchy crust) and salted just right. Delicious side dish of baked potatoes. Salted caramel dessert and fiordilatte ice cream quite good

06/04/2024: Wonderful restaurant, super attentive and friendly waitresses. Two of us went on a Friday evening and the atmosphere was very quiet. The menu is taken care of in every detail, the local products enhanced and revisited in a way that enhances tradition through careful research. We had an appetizer and two first courses, the Fassona tartare was very fresh and went perfectly with the buffalo foam and cherry tomatoes. The pappardelle with ocio sauce was handmade and the meat was very tender and tasty. Truly an excellent experience
