It's a shame about the very insistent and rude parking attendant who demands a tip. Tips should be earned, not asked for.

I'm taking away from this weekend in Cortona beautiful memories, flavors, and images, including this place. I can't help but mention the ladies in the dining room. They're kinder than I've ever encountered in a while. Truly extraordinary. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again, infinitely.
15/07/2026: Very nice lovely traditional Italian restaurant. The service is extremely friendly and quite fast. The food is very good, of high quality and well presented. The price of the food is very reasonable.

10/06/2026: This restaurant isn't very visible from the street. It's located behind a gas station. When you enter, everything changes. The atmosphere is welcoming and the products are top-quality. The meat is excellent. Various breeds and aging options are available. It's a must-stop when I come to work in Montesansavino.

The portions were generous, and the tripe salad was an interesting appetizer, with good-quality cuts and perfectly cooked. The waiter was helpful and friendly, and the price was average.

04/08/2026: This isn't the first time we've eaten a steak at Porcavacca. It amazes us every time, as if it were the first. The Chianina rib eye is amazing. The "host" knows how to put you at ease, offers advice, and is always attentive to ensuring everything is perfect. The staff is excellent. The outdoor area is pleasant.

13/05/2026: Easily accessible from major roads and a short distance from the city center, the Hotel Minerva is a four-star hotel with ample on-site parking, accessible even late at night thanks to a 24-hour concierge service. The hotel, divided into two buildings connected by the reception, offers impeccable service. The rooms are perfectly spacious for two people. The bathroom is spacious and clean, but unfortunately windowless. All amenities, including a safe, minibar, and television, are included in the rooms. The building also features a restaurant (also accessible to non-hotel guests), a fitness center, and spacious conference rooms. Another convenience is the connection to the city center, just a short walk from the hotel.

That's not important. You come here to experience something you'll remember for a lifetime. Something that will elevate your taste buds to the highest level. Taste will take you to something you won't experience anywhere else. Veronica is... and for the rest, come and try it. But remember, compared to her, Alain Ducasse is an amateur.

04/06/2025: Locale molto carino situato nella parte bassa di Castiglion Fiorentino. Ci siamo recentemente stati a cena, ma essa è stata un po' fuori dai canoni, in quanto siamo passati direttamente dall'antipasto al dolce!
Ciò si spiega perché abbiamo appunto ordinato il loro antipastone per due, al quale volevamo far seguire degli hamburger... ma il gentilissimo cameriere, molto onestamente, ci ha sconsigliato dal farlo, stante l'"abbondanza" dell'antipasto... e ha avuto pienamente ragione!
Oltre che per la quantità, antipastone promosso a pieni voti pure per la qualità - e stesso dicasi dei dolci. 👌
Ovviamente ci torneremo quanto prima per provare la loro rinomata "ciccia" e le loro pizze!

19/01/2025: Abbiamo ordinato 7 pizze da asporto. Solo quando siamo arrivati a casa ci siamo resi conto che le pizze erano tutte carbonizzate, le basi sembravano precotte, praticamente non commestibili. Pessimo, mai più!
