20/02/2024: One of a kind place. Delicious, refined and numerous dishes; based on wild herbs, edible flowers, mushrooms and other undergrowth products. Yes, there are tastings, but numerous and there is never a shortage of an encore for those who like it (even if I don't recommend it, otherwise you won't get to the end of the meal). Even the management lacks nothing: availability, patience and courtesy (they adapted the menu to a person who cannot eat pepper, accepted dogs and were patient with the owners of the latter!)

01/04/2024: In addition to being a tactical place to have dinner on the way back on trips between the Adriatic coast and Tuscany/Umbria, you can also enjoy a good slice of Chianina. I recommend trying the fried porcini mushrooms. The staff is friendly and the environment friendly and relaxing.

Crostini, fried gnocchi, Carpaccio, coratella, cappelletti in broth, vegetable lasagne, ravioli with goose sauce, roast lamb with salad, sliced ​​meat with vegetable flan, cod marbles with gorgonzola, yogurt and strawberry mousse, red wine, water and coffee. We started at 1.30pm and got up from the table at 6.00pm. Served with professionalism and competence. Thanks to all the staff.
