All this in a setting where even the smallest detail is carefully considered, ensuring that guests feel pampered while enjoying a relaxing, out-of-this-world view...

07/05/2026: We stopped for lunch during a motorcycle ride. My sister, a seasoned "shoe-walker," recommended it to me. She was absolutely right: excellent location, helpful and friendly staff, truly excellent dishes, and a relaxed, family atmosphere. I tried the porcini mushrooms with tagliatelle and the fried ones. Wow! I was surprised by the truly low prices compared to back home. Excellent experience.

06/05/2026: We stayed at this hotel during a group trek and had a wonderful time. The location is excellent for various excursions, the outdoor space is pleasant, the rooms are extremely clean, the food is excellent, and the service is friendly and attentive, always with a smile. The owners and staff are kind, attentive, and welcoming. We will definitely return in the fall, both to walk among the beautiful autumn colors of the woods and to enjoy the freshly picked mushrooms.

14/05/2026: At a 5-star location, looking out the window and seeing Poppi Castle isn't enough. It's a fairytale. We've been returning every May for 5 years now. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We'll be back as long as we can. Thank you! Stefano & Antonella

06/04/2026: Stayed on Easter Eve at the campsite in a wooden house, clean, welcoming, equipped with a stove (which was useful, since it was still cold) wool blankets, had dinner at the Baroni inn, varied menu, value for money in line with the location

15/04/2026: We spent three magical nights at I Tre Baroni, taking advantage of the three-night package that included a room with a spa, a private massage, a private excursion, and a tasting dinner at the Mater restaurant (a truly special place!). What can I say? From the very beginning, Gessica was incredibly kind and available to answer all our questions and clarify any doubts, even before our stay, personalizing our experience. When we arrived, we immediately felt welcomed. The room was gorgeous, very spacious, with a spectacular view of the Casentinesi Forests National Park. The room was spotless, with a hot tub and sauna. The private excursion with Stefano was a wonderful experience: his guide was invaluable in helping us fully appreciate the wonders of the park! The dinners at the restaurant were also highly recommended: the atmosphere is meticulously maintained and welcoming, the service impeccable, and you have the opportunity to sample the local flavors, expertly cooked and served. 13/04/2026: An unacceptable experience. I was looking for the silence of Casentino, but I found chaos. It all started with a lack of transparency: I booked a suite with a sauna, but upon check-in, they gave me a different room without telling me, hoping I wouldn't notice. Only after I protested was I granted a change; there's no point in calling it an upgrade, since the room offered lacked the booked amenities and was aesthetically inferior. The rest was a crescendo of poor service: - Technical: The suite shower was unusable due to lack of pressure. - Acoustic: A sleepless night due to the roar of the whirlpool tubs below (until midnight). I didn't call again just to avoid waking my partner, who, after various mix-ups, had only managed to sleep thanks to earplugs. - Construction site: Awake at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, hammering on the roof and weaving between construction trucks to get to breakfast. Work was kept quiet until arrival despite a recent reservation (24 hours in advance). The 50% discount was obtained only after a firm discussion. The initial disrespect and the construction-like environment are incompatible with a high-end hotel. Not recommended.

09/12/2025: Just steps from Poppi's historic center, we ate wonderfully at a very reasonable price. The owner, Gherardo, is a very friendly rocker, and we loved the atmosphere. Highly recommended.

31/05/2026: Very long wait due to a problem in the kitchen, good tortelli, side dish of mixed fried vegetables average, a tortello with butter and sage, a tortello with ragù, a side dish of mixed fried vegetables, half a litre of water, a quarter of wine and two covers 38 euros, honest

27/05/2026: The tagliatelle with Chianina beef ragù is truly delicious, but the best are the schiacciate with a variety of delicious fillings. I tried the "Pomodoro e Mozzarella" (tomato and mozzarella) and you can finish with a typical Tuscan dessert and a good coffee, all served at the outdoor tables (perfect when the weather is nice and traffic is off-season). Prices are reasonable.
