The experience was further enhanced by the expert presentation of the dishes by the lovely Signora Marta Baroni and the equally lovely waiters Andrea and Giancarlo: they made us feel special. All this in a setting where even the smallest detail is carefully considered, ensuring that guests feel pampered while enjoying a relaxing, out-of-this-world view...

07/05/2026: We stopped for lunch during a motorcycle ride. My sister, a seasoned "shoe-walker," recommended it to me.
She was absolutely right: excellent location, helpful and friendly staff, truly excellent dishes, and a relaxed, family atmosphere.
I tried the porcini mushrooms with tagliatelle and the fried ones. Wow! I was surprised by the truly low prices compared to back home.
Excellent experience.
06/05/2026: We stayed at this hotel during a group trek and had a wonderful time. The location is excellent for various excursions, the outdoor space is pleasant, the rooms are extremely clean, the food is excellent, and the service is friendly and attentive, always with a smile. The owners and staff are kind, attentive, and welcoming. We will definitely return in the fall, both to walk among the beautiful autumn colors of the woods and to enjoy the freshly picked mushrooms.

The food is always excellent: the pork shank with potatoes is amazing, the beer is excellent, and the appetizers and pizza are also excellent!
The owner is kind, welcoming, and always available.
For me, it's truly the best in Casentino.

We stopped for lunch out of curiosity...
A quaint and fun atmosphere.
The staff were kind and accommodating.
We had an appetizer of salads and cheeses and a first course.
Potato tortelli with ragù ignorante.
Very good!
Maybe a few more tortelli wouldn't hurt.
Overall, satisfied.
The bill was a little steep.
Anyway, worth a visit!
27/07/2026: A friend and I stopped in during a motorcycle ride from Forlî around 10-11 in the morning, so the place was still empty.
We were greeted by the owner, who, besides being a lovely person, is also an artist in the truest sense of the word (check out his comic, which is featured in the place).
The place is very beautiful with its rock style; the bathroom is a standout: a true work of street art.
If you like TOOL, SYSTEM, comics, and Lars Von Trier films, then this is the place for you.

06/04/2026: Stayed on Easter Eve at the campsite in a wooden house, clean, welcoming, equipped with a stove (which was useful, since it was still cold) wool blankets, had dinner at the Baroni inn, varied menu, value for money in line with the location
06/04/2026: Restaurant review: Lunch was very good, the staff were friendly, and the view was extremely relaxing.
I recommend the Tuscan meats and the schiacciata toscana.

We had an excellent platter of cured meats and cheeses. You could also order first courses, which I found to be plentiful.
The staff were very friendly.

31/05/2026: Very long wait due to a problem in the kitchen, good tortelli, side dish of mixed fried vegetables average, a tortello with butter and sage, a tortello with ragù, a side dish of mixed fried vegetables, half a litre of water, a quarter of wine and two covers 38 euros, honest
27/05/2026: The tagliatelle with Chianina beef ragù is truly delicious, but the best are the schiacciate with a variety of delicious fillings. I tried the "Pomodoro e Mozzarella" (tomato and mozzarella) and you can finish with a typical Tuscan dessert and a good coffee, all served at the outdoor tables (perfect when the weather is nice and traffic is off-season). Prices are reasonable.
