04/11/2024: Mi esposa y yo estábamos en Toscana para nuestra luna de miel. Nos enteramos de este restaurante por el anfitrión de la granja en la que nos alojamos. Este restaurante se encuentra en Montebenichi, una pequeña ciudad de la Toscana. Mi esposa y yo somos pescadores y no había ninguna opción para nosotros. Este restaurante es conocido por sus platos de pasta y carne. Sin embargo, no tuvimos ningún problema con la elección de ensalada, sopa y pasta. Admitiré que la sopa toscana local, Ribollita, fue absolutamente una de las mejores sopas que he comido! ¡Todavía sueño con esta sopa! El chef fue tan amable de hacernos pasta arrabiata que no estaba en el menú pero que hizo es especial para nosotros. La pasta era perfecta. El vino local era una combinación perfecta con nuestra comida. Recomiendo encarecidamente visitar este restaurante cuando esté en la Toscana. Estoy de acuerdo con otro crítico en preguntar "¿por qué no es este un restaurante con clasificación Michelin" - es tan bueno!

07/08/2024: Small restaurant in the center of Arezzo, well looked after, good service with excellent culinary offerings. If you are looking for traditional Tuscan cuisine this is not the right place. Many vegetarian dishes with fresh products and cuisine with well-balanced flavours. We went for lunch. There is a limited à la carte menu, but we were fully satisfied. Well done

15/09/2024: Beautiful location in a very pretty hamlet. Warm welcome also for our four-legged friends. Excellent quality of the meat, as well as its cooking. Wine recommended by the house (bottled especially for the venue) with a good quality/price ratio, very good. Wide choice of fine wines. If you want to eat an excellent Fiorentina outside Florence, we highly recommend it.

09/09/2024: Family lunch where you could feel the passion for the restaurant's meat. Courteous and honest staff in explanations and prices. The only flaw is an outdoor seat that is a little hot in the middle of summer. Florentine loin, roast potatoes and pappardelle with Chianina ragù excellent!!!! Highly recommended

Warm and welcoming place, truly magnificent service and waitresses always available and very kind. By doing the same work on these things you are very careful and I must say that there is nothing to complain about. I will definitely return

05/12/2024: We returned by chance to this restaurant after several years and the good impressions we had were confirmed. We had lunch with seafood dishes and I must say they were of absolute quality, well executed with excellent raw materials. Fast service even though the place was full. I recommend trying the desserts, they are amazing.

27/08/2024: Abbiamo scelto quello che le guide Osterie d'Italia di Slow Food definiva "Giardino" che in realtà si é rivelato essere uno spazio esterno scosceso un tantino scomodo ad una decina di metri dalla cucina che si trova nella sede principale. Due Pici buoni, un filetto con lardo e "ristretto di vino" buono, una tagliata nervosa, immangiabile e lasciata nel piatto (da mia moglie) l'ho assaggiata e confermo, vino al calice. Prezzo corretto.

23/10/2024: Estábamos muy emocionados de comer en Le Bindi como lo recomendaron los amigos. Íbamos a celebrar los 80 años de mi marido. La idea de estar en una mesa de 20 personas fue muy emocionante. En cambio, cuando llegamos allí Paolo nos dijo que nos sentaríamos en una mesa de solo nosotros 5 en la bodega junto con otra mesa de 4. Los pasos a la bodega eran tan peligrosos, especialmente para 2 de nosotros con bastones. Aparentemente la prioridad fue a una fiesta de BD de 1 año para la mesa de 20. Además la otra mesa de 4 incluía un bebé llorando. Nada en contra de los niños sino otra decepción. Si me hubieran informado antes de nuestra reserva sobre dónde nos habrían sentado, probablemente habría cancelado comer allí y reservado en otro lugar. Condujimos más de 1 hora y media para llegar a Le Bindi para una decepción, no importa venir de los Estados Unidos de vacaciones. Como nota positiva, la comida estaba deliciosa en su mayoría y Paolo explicó la mayoría de las porciones. Recomendaría este lugar, pero asegúrese de que está sentado en la mesa de 20.

24/09/2024: Esta fue una cena increíble. Trece platos de excelente comida. El co-propietario nos ayudó a elegir los mejores vinos para maridar con la comida fantástica. Lo recomendaría a cualquiera que tenga la oportunidad de visitar.
