19/05/2026: The hidden gem! This place is amazing. My food was excellent, crispy bread with liver and truffles as a starter was outstanding, Michelin star level. Pasta plate was very good, but not exceptional (that may be determined by my choice) and desert tiramisu was great. Good espresso closed the deal. Service was great.
18/05/2026: Cortona Bistrot is undoubtedly one of those places that surprises and delights. Everything we tried was delicious, but I must give a special and obligatory mention to their egg dish with pecorino and truffle. It's served by the owner, with his wife in the kitchen, and the service is exceptionally friendly.

08/06/2026: I came here yesterday with my brother-in-law (I live in Rome) for some takeout pizza. The place is really beautiful, in my opinion, elegant and welcoming. Next time I come back, I'll try the local dishes too.
The pizzas are delicious, just the way I like them. I had a very simple Margherita, and it was delicious.
The owner was really kind and nice, entertaining us while we waited for our pizzas.
I can't wait to go back.
05/06/2026: We went for dinner and the welcome was fantastic; it really felt like we'd known each other forever. A warm and authentic atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease.
We started with the suckling pig, which was simply heaven on earth, then the meatballs, incredibly flavorful and made just like in the old days, and finally, the cremino sauce was a heavenly finale.
I travel every day for work and am fortunate enough to savor dishes from every Italian restaurant, but for us, La Toscanissima today was a true journey into the flavors of yesteryear—the authentic, intense, and unforgettable ones.

16/05/2026: This is the crème de la crème, or should I say Gelato de la Gelato? Choose 2 scoops, one of which must be pistachio. It is a Gelato like you have never tasted before; the nuts, the texture, it is like dreaming away, so good, truly fantastic! It was raining and 13 degrees, but this Gelato made the sun shine in my head! Superb, definitely recommended!
04/04/2026: The gelato was very good, but the selection of flavors was limited—8 in total. The hazelnut was sold out, and they didn't have another tub ready to replace it. There's no seating inside or outside. However, strolling around Arezzo is always a pleasure.

06/05/2026: The place is beautiful, warm and welcoming, a place that exudes the bucolic feel of the Tuscan countryside. It's a shame it rained, so we couldn't see outside. We had appetizers and pizzas, excellent appetizers, and a very thin and crispy pizza, perfectly cooked, perfectly balanced with the ingredients. Well done, guys.

11/04/2026: This isn't the first time we've stopped here. The other day, there were two of us, motorcyclists, on a Saturday. Fast and attentive service, young and friendly staff, average prices, very good food. Well done.

03/05/2026: When restaurants deserve a review, it's only right, and Bixtrot truly deserves it. Quality fish, impeccably cooked with simple recipes. It was a real revelation. They're truly talented.
16/04/2026: I went last night for an end-of-course dinner, but coming from Turin, I obviously wasn't familiar with it.
Beautiful, tastefully decorated restaurant, we ate very well.
Of course, it was a company dinner, and the menu was pre-ordered, but the dishes were good and delicious. I don't know the cost for each of us, but I think it's within limits.
If I ever return, I'll keep it as a reference; I highly recommend it.

09/03/2026: Excellent place to stay. Central to several points of interest. We stayed there to easily reach Gubbio and Assisi, and its location allowed us to get there quickly, given its proximity to the E45.
Abundant breakfast, and the staff were welcoming and available to meet our every need. The rooms were clean and equipped with every comfort for families.
31/01/2026: Very comfortable bed. Brekfast is exelent. Litlle bit far from center but if you dont mind 15 minute walk then ok. Staff EXELENT !!!! Reataurant in hotel is realy special. Verry elegant.

The owner gave us a top-notch welcome, polite, respectful, and, last but not least, great kindness. Thank you, if I ever return to Arezzo, I will definitely visit again.

08/03/2026: At Billis in Arezzo, quality is king. Excellent Maremmana burgers, beautiful and delicious sandwiches, and top-notch fries. If you prefer meat, the tagliata is incredible. Add to that the young, friendly, and welcoming staff, and you have the perfect place. A constant evolution that never disappoints!

24/04/2026: A historic pastry shop in Arezzo, located not far from Vasari's house. Stefania and her staff are very kind and friendly. And the products are incredibly fresh and delicious. Their custard is famous throughout the city! A delightful pastry-making break after a visit to the home of one of Arezzo's greatest artists. The place is also worth a visit. Thanks again for your skill and for introducing us to Mr. Guadagni's works. Recommended by a super-foodie.
