02/08/2026: We had a good time, but at first glance, I'd say it's more of a place for first and second courses than pizza... although I can't explain why. It's meant to be a neither-positive nor-negative comment. Beautiful setting on the outskirts of Arezzo, with lots of greenery and even a small lake. The outdoor dining area is really nice, clean, and tidy. Lots of tourists, which I'm very pleased with. We had pizzas, which were really good and tasty. The service was quick and efficient, but again, I'd like to go back for something other than pizza, especially since the dishes we were served were very well-presented. We'll definitely be back.

02/08/2026: The gelato is decent—I haven't heard of any others in Arezzo, where I was just passing through, but I'm sure there are better ones, or at least I hope so, since it wasn't anything special at all. But the worst thing is that they only have ten flavors, and when we were there, half of them were sold out, and given the long line of tourists, we could only get a few after paying.

11/08/2026: This "osteria" is a refined restaurant that focuses on the quality of its ingredients. It has a splendid garden (unfortunately, the mosquitoes gave us no respite despite the mosquito repellent) with tables set with splendid sage-green linen blend tablecloths (I hope I'm right) and slightly darker napkins, with cornflowers and dried flowers as centerpieces. Dinner for two. We chose a tasting of local products that we shared: a sliced ​​beef steak with baked potatoes and a pork fillet larded in a rum sauce with seasonal fruit, plus a salad, a seasonal fruit bouquet, and a chocolate cake. With water and a glass of organic Chianti produced on the osteria, we spent €114. We were dressed inappropriately because we were returning from a day spent in contact with nature, but no one made us feel uncomfortable. The interior is extremely elegant, and we would have felt out of place there with our outfits. The bathroom is also elegant, with powdered hand soap and natural paper towels. Another feature I'd like to compliment is the opportunity to enjoy everything at your leisure, truly pampering yourself. The lady who welcomed us and looked after us discreetly is refined and extremely kind. It's a restaurant that deserves top marks.

16/04/2026: I went last night for an end-of-course dinner, but coming from Turin, I obviously wasn't familiar with it. Beautiful, tastefully decorated restaurant, we ate very well. Of course, it was a company dinner, and the menu was pre-ordered, but the dishes were good and delicious. I don't know the cost for each of us, but I think it's within limits. If I ever return, I'll keep it as a reference; I highly recommend it.

09/03/2026: Excellent place to stay. Central to several points of interest. We stayed there to easily reach Gubbio and Assisi, and its location allowed us to get there quickly, given its proximity to the E45. Abundant breakfast, and the staff were welcoming and available to meet our every need. The rooms were clean and equipped with every comfort for families.

31/01/2026: Very comfortable bed. Brekfast is exelent. Litlle bit far from center but if you dont mind 15 minute walk then ok. Staff EXELENT !!!! Reataurant in hotel is realy special. Verry elegant.

08/03/2026: At Billis in Arezzo, quality is king. Excellent Maremmana burgers, beautiful and delicious sandwiches, and top-notch fries. If you prefer meat, the tagliata is incredible. Add to that the young, friendly, and welcoming staff, and you have the perfect place. A constant evolution that never disappoints!

20/07/2026: A phenomenal place. It's not AIC certified, yet they guarantee the absence of contamination in the sliced ​​​​potatoes. I confirm. Furthermore, the sliced ​​​​potato is truly special, and I don't think I've ever eaten such good baked potatoes. The gentleman who welcomed and served us was extremely kind and helpful. For dessert, my husband ordered the crème brulee, which is completely different from what you normally find; they make it fresh. Due to a new bottle, the chef had some issues, causing the crème brulee to be a bit runny; he even offered to bring him another dessert, but that idea was rejected since the dessert was equally excellent. The wait times were very short and the prices were average, although given the quality, you're more than happy to spend. To conclude, the atmosphere was extremely charming and well-kept. I highly recommend it, both for celiacs (limited to the sliced ​​​​potatoes) and for everyone else.
